30 years old (I love being 30) Mother of 3 and one on the way. I am currently obsessed with simplicity. I am cleaning and downsizing my entire house. I am attempting to have a minimalist home. I am madly in love with my husband. I adore my children. I am embarking on the homeschooling adventure. I am trying to learn to knit and crochete more useful items. I love to sew although my sewing machine can be very frustrating and we often break up for weeks on end, it's a love hate relationship. I read more then I eat, and if you have ever seen me eat, that is saying a lot! I am begining to run again which should be extra difficult since I am pregnant. We live in the deeeeeeeep South. We have been stationed here for what seems like forever, or at least 5 going on 6 years. Once upon a time I was a nurse, now I am a stay at home Mommy. I wouldn't trade my job for the world. I can't think of much else right now.. So Be Blessed!

Okay so I had to add to this list because let's face it, I am a movie junkie. I love a good movie, I guess I just love a good story.Movies can inspire people, a "Hamartia of emotions" Aristotle coined the term, and I think it can be applied to most high quality films both past & present. Movies should always make you feel something, normally in a good way, if you want to hear depressing,thoughtless stories just watch the news.
Music
Alright music is where it's at. Music can inspire & comfort, it can hold a memory for us like glue. Music is shown to evoke a chemicle reaction in our brains.The ability to create music is a beautiful gift. I love all kind of music, save 3. Violent Rap or Metal, this stuff is the bane of my existence. In as much as music motivates I think it is motivating our younger generation in the wrong direction, as I left the car the other day I had to cover my daughters ears becuase the profanity coming from the entirely too loud car next to us was to to much for her to hear, I also am not a big fan of country music that whines. Heart break can be soothed by song yes, but come on, another song about beer,a dog or some crazy event that was spwaned by beer and a dog is more then I can bare.I think all music should have melody. Now if I could only hold a tune.

Okay I said I love to read. These are a few of the books I feel have made me a different person. I could re-read all of them. Charlotte Bronte is where "Charlotte"(my daughter)came from. I am a Lauraine Snelling Addict! I just love to read! When my children are off to college I plan on becoming a Librarian, in the mean time.

lol I dunno. I'm not crazy about spending another winter here freezing! I've already got my hands and feet freezing. We can't afford to have the heat up a decent amount, so Josiah and I done long johns and several top layers plus slippers. I gotta get him some more long johns! And hubby took the furnace piping apart to find out where the "dead" smell was coming from, but nada. So we have no heat til he fixes that. It was below zero this morning. Ugh. lol But it is pleasently cool outside today. We went for a walk up a dirt road, where of course, hunters were with guns! Gee. real safe to hunt roadside, eh? lol Oh well. I tied a hunter orange jacket to the stroller.

We want to go to the games. I was looking up the plaid for my clan....the modern is ugly...I like the ancient colors. Only, you can't find it anywhere...I just need the fabric and I can sew whatever I want!!! Can't find that either!!!! Snap!

BTW, the chickens are doing great. They are fitting right in with the others. We had to let two of our roosters out to "free roam". I'm sure they will be visiting a pot near us really soon. LOL!

LOL!! I have a real appreciation for that profile post, having just gotten rid of an "attack chicken", lol. Did I tell you PJ (our former rooster) "attacked" my mother in law? My inlaws were watching our house while we were on vacation, and he decided he didn't like her. Then a month after we gave him back to the farm where we got him, he chased her there too! hehe
