I'm a divorced mom of 3 beautiful little girls...ok, so they're not so "little" anymore as my oldest will be a teenager in a few months and my youngest will finally hit the double digits in half a year. Ugh, I guess that makes me O-L-D now. :-) Currently, the custody situation is not optimal since their father has them most of the time. Right now I don't really have any hobbies because when I'm not working as a Technical Recruiter (with the BEST group of coworkers on the planet) or spending time with my kids (whom I adore), I spend every waking moment trying to figure out how to make my kids' living situation better. I was raised in a Catholic home and accepted Christ in my late teens within another denomination. I have not had very many "good" role models in my walk with the Lord and have finally figured out that I need to trust in Him first and foremost, because people have let me down time and time again, but He NEVER has and never will. I'm counting on Proverbs 3:5-6 these days. Waiting to see the "results" isn't easy, though. |
