Elder Deborah Williams is the newly elevated Senior Pastor Elect of Eagle Faith Ministries International, Inc., who will be installed on August 31, 2008. She is a founding member of this ministry, which began in July 2004. She has served as the Executive Minister of Administration until her elevation in May 2007 to Associate Pastor. She has served in many capacities during her spiritual walk with God. Elder Williams is a native of New Jersey and now resides in North Carolina. She began her life in Christ at an early age at Bright Hope Baptist Church in Montclair, NJ. In 1997 she joined The Tabernacle of Faith under the leadership of Pastor Joseph E. Woods and accepted her call into five-fold ministry. Licensed in February 1998, under Dr. J.E. Woods, her first message was “Don’t block your blessings”. She was then led to relocate to North Carolina in 2004 at which time she was ordained, became one of the founding members of Eagle Faith Ministries International, Inc., and is currently leading the eaglets during the “Year of the Sounding Trumpet: Proclaiming, Pursuing & Possessing New Territory” as the ministry build lives and leaders, through positive, practical and personal ministry. She has remained under the spiritual covering of Dr. Woods since December 1996 and he is her current covering and overseer.
She is the Minister of Planning and Events for Faith-to-Faith Fellowship of Eagles. She is responsible for coordinating and planning all of the activities, events, conferences, retreats and services for the fellowship. Although this can be very challenging at times, her gift of administration and her love for God’s work being done decently and in order, along with the anointing of God, allows her to handle all this while balancing her life as a mother of six, grandmother of 2, wife, daughter, student and leader in four different ninistries.
In November 2005, God gave Elder Williams the vision for “1st Fruit Fellowship International, Inc.” The purpose of this fellowship is to support other female five fold as they minister to others and each other. They will help the Body of Christ mature for the work of ministry and edifying the Body of Christ, until we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, making the word of God effective without traditions. The vision of 1st Fruit is to bring truth to the Body of Christ so that each female five-fold has: 1. Foundation 2. Faith 3. Freedom 4. Fight 5. FutureFor if the first-fruit be holy, the lump is also holy: and if the root be holy, so are the branches. Romans 11:16. As they go forth to “be fruitful and multiply” they are on a mission to “Help a Sister out”.
Along with being the founder and president of 1st Fruit Fellowship, the Minister of Planning and Events of Faith-to-Faith Fellowship of Eagles, and now the Senior Pastor of Eagle Faith Ministries, she is also a lead singer in the gospel group “Johnny Boy and the Heavenly Voices” of Louisburg and is currently pursuing a Doctorate Degree in Biblical Counseling at Master’s International School of Divinity in Evansville, IN, with an expected graduation date of June 2009. She is anointed, appointed and approved by God and called to the Body of Christ. “Be fruitful and multiply”
