My Name is Russell & my wife is Annette.We have four daughters.My wife & I have been together since we were fifteen yrs. old,which has been 23 years, married 17yrs this November.We're from southern California (L.A.)we moved to Vegas in 1994.We were saved in 1996, & our salvations were the beginning of our restoration in our marriage.Here's our testimony.When we moved to Vegas, we were so caught up in the world,that on Dec.31,1995 we decided to end our marriage & get a divorce. In that time our lives went downhill, we were both so lost,& unfullfilled.We both had attorneys & were going though the process of a divorce. Towards the end of custody battles ,I was invited by some friends to church.I gave my life to the LORD JESUS & was never the same. I then invited my soon to be ex-wife & her Atheist boyfriend.That night my soon to be ex-wife & her boyfriend recieved the Lord. That night my wife ended it with her boyfriend & we all were all new friends in Christ.Then we ended up going out new yrs eve Dec 31,1996.(exactly one yr later),That night my wife & I fell in love all over agian.Not only did we become new creations in Christ, HE broke the curse of divorce of three generations,on both sides.This Testimony has been huge in our lives and The Lord has us share it all the time it seems with so many people we meet. JESUS has done so much in our lives.HE has given us so many salvations in our families & friends ,us being the first .We 're still believing for so many more. Even though we've been through storms ,The LORD has blessed our lives beyond all we ever imagined or dreamed! My wife says we are living a Psalms 37 life .Also Isaiah 58 & 61 .We Love this church & our Pastors Vision & Hearts ! |
