To All: I posted a blog asking for prayers to be sent to a friend who is a member here: www.mychurch.org/reneej
Her mother recently passed aftera bout with cancer, and satan is raining down fire on my friend Renee. She has not had time to grieve for her Mother because of situations she is dealing with with relatives after her Mom's death. Despite all that she has and is going through, she is continually praising and loving God. So did her Mom, Ms. Felicia, despite all of the pain and suffering she went through. They are true lovers of our Father. Renee just told me how much your prayers are helping her, and I ask that you continue to send them to her, as well as continue to ask God to look out for her. To cover her and protect her. Please copy this and post it on a blog on your page so that all of your contacts would have a chance to post prayers to her page. This is helping her more than you can imagine. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for this, and even though she probably won't be able to respond right away, I know she also thanks you for all of your love. To give you all an idea of the strength she has, this is what she sent to me after her Mom passed: It's caled 'After the Rain'
Today I will bloom where I am planted.I may not be able to choose where the seeds fall, But I can choose how I respond to my surroundings. I am turning my face toward the sun. I am taking in all the world has to offer me. The rain must come. It is a part of the cycle of life. I will not be discouraged by the storm clouds forming overhead. After the rain I have grown stronger, After the rain, my roots have gone deeper, When the next storm comes I will be better able to withstand the heartache and pain it brings. Today¢s heartache can be changed into the promise of tomorrow. Its not about the lemons, its about the lemonade. Brighter days are ahead If I would only allow myself to bloom where I am planted.
Much love, Jackie

To All.... I have a very, very dear friend who is a member of this site who just lost her Mom to a long, hard battle with cancer. I went through that journey with her and her mom. Ms. Felicia died March 29 and her funeral was April 1. My friends name is Renee Johnson and her screen name for this site is Renee J. She's from Greensboro, N.C. I invited her to this site in the midst of her Mom's illness and she hasn't had the chance to do more than make the profile. I would ask that all of you go to her profile and leave a prayer for her. Throughout the whole ordeal, she, nor her Mom ever, EVER stop praising God, and being thankful and praising His name. My Grandma used to tell me that a TRUE lover of God praises God before, DURING, and after the storm, and when the praising is the most DURING the storm, then they love God. Let me tell you, these two strong, beautiful, loving souls did just that. Praised Him ALL the way through. So please, I ask that you take a minute out and search for her profile and leave a prayer or a note.
Love you all and thank you.

Because of the Glory and Mercy of My Lord, my daughters and I moved into our new home this past weekend!!! If you are faithful, it will come to you. If you believe, it will come to you. God has it there for you, you need to seek, ask, and knock....this home is my Blessing for seeking, asking, knocking, praying, and enduring. God will Bless you with more if you do right with the little He Blesses you with. My girls and I have lived in some not so good places. We were THANKFUL that we had a roof over our heads, and food to eat. We have moved 4 times in the past 8 years, each time going to someplace I thought was better, and each time I moved, I asked the Lord, why can't we stay somewhere and be settled? We were not supposed to be in those places any longer than we were. He was moving us closer and closer to here. WE APPRECIATE this. We are thankful, and ALL GLORY AND THANKS GO TO HIM. THANK YOU, FATHER FOR LOOKING AFTER US! All the things I wanted in a home, dreamed of and prayed for while getting to this place, we have in this home. To all of you who are praying on something, to all of you who have DREAMS, please, please be faithful and believe. I'm giving my testimony to you. I'm giving this testimony so that you will have faith that whatever, WHATEVER you pray for, if it is in God's will and is pleasing to Him, He will Bless you with it. He will reward your faithfulness. Be of good cheer!!!

To my Brothers and Sisters....
Praying you all a joyous upcoming Resurrection Sunday! I hope you all experience the day as the Great Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, and also experience the day as a Great Resurrection in your lives, as well. Any dreams, prayers, goals, ambitions, etc. that you have been working on that haven't gone as expected, please see this day as a Resurrection Day for you, too. A Resurrection day for you, your goals, and anything that you have prayed for.
Also, please use this day as a jumping off point to start to ecourage someone who may not realize that the crucifixion of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ was for them, too. Not everyone realizes that they, too, are covered in His blood. There are people who don't feel worthy of His Love. Let them know that NONE of us are WORTHY, yet and still, through His MERCY and GRACE, we are ALL forgiven for whatever we feel we have done to make us unworthy.
There is someone today thinking about ending their lives because they do not see a way out. That is not the way out...if you believe that Jesus Christ was crucified and rose again, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is your Lord and Saviour, you are SAVED. Old things are put away...all things are new...
Never pass up the opportunity to minister to someone, to say a kind word of encouragement, to help someone, to cover someone, clothe someone, feed someone. You never know when that jesture of Love might bring someone back from Satan's hand and deliver their minds from depression. You have the power of Jesus in YOU...do not let it lay stagnant. Use it to encourgage others....follow Jesus' most important instruction - "Love others, as I have Loved YOU. I pray peace for your mind, body, and soul... In Jesus' name, Amen, Amen, and Amen. Jackie

O.K...sorry guys, but this is for ladies only... Ladies, after attending a 'singles' night at a Church, I cam home and this came to mind...let me know what you think. For those women who are 'looking' for a man, follow the instructions at the end, and God 'will give you your hearts desire'...and remember, He will give you your HEARTS desire, so be very careful what you let in and what you let sit and grow in your heart! Ladies, Let me introduce you to a Man… He’s the perfect gentleman. He is generous, loves kids, likes to talk, and is very protective of those he loves. He loves to work for you and take care of you. He’s easy to please, and when he see’s that you are trying to please him, it does his heart good. When you are needing something, or feeling down, just tell him and he will make it all better. He is a very good provider, and protector. He will get along great with your Parents. He will listen to your every word. He won’t forget a birthday, anniversary, or other special occasion. He will never disrespect you, nor allow anyone else to do so. He will take care of your children like they are his own. He loves to hug you in his embrace, and tell you everything will be O.K.. He is forgiving, gentle, and patient. He will lay down his life for you. He will watch you while you sleep, cover you when you’re cold, cool you when you’re hot. He will feed you, and dress you. He will make you laugh, and soothe you when you cry. He will encourage you, and help you along in all of your challenges. He loves to see you happy and smiling. He is forgiving. He will give you his last… Wouldn’t it be nice to have a relationship with someone like this? Well you can…His name is JESUS…and he is the perfect Man. Do you want to meet him? All you have to do is pray this simple prayer: Jesus, come into my heart. I believe in your crucifixion and your resurrection. I profess that you are my Lord and Savior. If you prayed this prayer, you are Saved, and you now have a relationship with Jesus. Go to a good Bible teaching Church and learn more about the new Man in your life!!!! Be Blessed, Jackie
