About Me ///
I was born here in Bakersfield, in
February 1967 to two wonderful parents.
In 1969, while driving on I-5 on our way to Ventura, my Mother, her
Mother, & I were struck head on by another vehicle.
I was sitting on my Grandmother's lap, and the passenger window was
down.
The moment of Impact, my Mother smashed one of her knee-caps onto the
steering wheel.
My Grandmother followed the laws of motion and smashed into the front
windshield AFTER tossing me out the side window.
I got by with a concussion, a few scrapes & cuts.
After it was all over, My grandmother passed away, my Mom had a new
knee-cap.
I truely believe that God has been watching over me, protecting me.
A few years later, my Father was
cleaning his gun, and it went off.
the bullet traveled towards my Mother. She was scratching her nose at
the time.
The bullet's path went thru her middle finger, thru her nose, and
basically orbitted her brain a few times...
We "WERE" going to Disneyland the next day, so I was at my
Grandmother's (Dad's Mom) house..
If we weren't, I would be sitting on my Mother's Lap, and that bullet
would have killed me..
I seemed small for my age, (and pretty
much picked on up through High School) but no one knew why.
My
first nickname was "French fry". Finally when I was about 12-13 someone
heard about a plot program at the UCLA Medical Center.
I met Dr. Barbara Lippe in a hospital, and after tons of blood tests,
they determined that I have Panhypopituitarism.
A
long word that means my Pituitary Gland (at the base of my brain) isn't
secreting enough Growth Hormone to tell my body to grow fast enough
& bring on Puberty.

Human Growth Hormone, three days a week. My gluteus maximus, &
upper thighs got peppered by needles until Puberty finally showed up.
They also found out that I have a Learning Disability, & other
glands needed hormone replacement.
My
Adrenal glands (sitting on my kidneys) don't work as well, so I have a
limited amount of energy & I don't get a second wind.
My
Thyroid gland (just below your adam's apple) controls how
quickly
the body burns energy, makes proteins, and how
sensitive the
body should be to other hormones.
And finally to top it off, I produce low levels of Male Hormone.
So,
a couple of pills a day, and a monthly injection to bring
those
levels up. Could the accident cause all that? Only God knows...
Then years later I FINALLY caught Valley Fever... It threw me for a
loop....
After Graduating West High School in 1986 by the skin of my teeth, and
the pushing by my Mother, I went hunting for a Job.
I've worked
making pizza at Little Caesers, I've sold ticket in a hot box at
Swap-O-Rama, I've even tried cleaning the machines at Frito-Lay..
Nothing lasted.. My energy levels ka-putzed, and I got fired,
or I quit..
Then I tried for Social Security Disability, & on the second
attempt, I was approved..
After that, my Father set up a small job for me to do, to keep me from
goin crazy at home.
My Grandmother (Dad's Mom) owned an
Oil-Tool Machine Shop called "Fraver Company"
Inherited from my Grandfather, when he passed on.
She
got to work early, and I would show up 10:30am & take over
answering the Phone, getting the mail, and placed any checks in the
Vault.
By 3pm, I'd be off.. Plus I got a little extra pocket money.
I've been doing that for years... She
passed away a few years ago, and now I show up early, and leave at 3...
I get to work by 8am. Check the email for e-fax's, print them out, and
give them to my Dad, & I answer the phone.
When the Mail arrives, I put the checks in the Vault, and at 3pm I go
home....
All
the rest of the time I'm at work, I play..... (Archiving my
CD's
to Mp3 on a 1/2 terrabyte external Hard Drive, Play PC Games, Surf Web,
and work on my MyChurch page.)

Me & Hobbies are like a Clown
Fish living in the middle of a big circle of Sea Anemones. (NEMO?)
I never stick with it for too long, but I most always go back to it.
I've
done Amature "HAM" Radio. I'm a No-Code Tech licensed Operator "KE6CUY"
(Took me 3-4 ties to pass that test, I'd definatly fail if i took it
now..)
I'm a mid classed Fan of Disney stuff. Mostly the Parks &
Animated movies. I found a cool website that sells DVDs of park
attractions.
Some long gone, some still there. Extinct-Attractions-Club.com
Detailed Interviews with the Imagineers who made them, and
even Ride Throughs...
I have Pirates, Haunted Mansion, People Mover, Innerspace, &
The Tiki Room..

I occasionaly dabble into Magic. (Not the Harry Potter Kind.) I learn
tricks just to know how their done.. If you see me, ask me to levitate
off the floor like David Blaine.
Knowing how it's done is kinda dissapointing, because the aweness of it
is not knowing how.. But it's made up seeing someone's eyes brighten up
seeing your trick.
I'm also a fan of Artifical Life & Artificial Intellegence.

The Game of Life is a cellular automaton
devised by the British mathematician John Horton Conway in 1970.
It is the best-known example of a cellular automaton.
The "game" is actually a zero-player game,
meaning that its evolution is determined by its initial state, needing
no input from human players. One interacts with the Game of Life by
creating an initial configuration and observing how it evolves.
The universe of the Game of Life is an infinite
two-dimensional orthogonal grid of square cells,
each of which is in one of two possible states, live
or dead. Every cell interacts with its eight neighbours,
which are the cells that are directly horizontally, vertically, or
diagonally adjacent. At each step in time, the following transitions
occur:
- Any live cell with fewer than two live neighbours dies, as
if by loneliness.
- Any live cell with more than three live neighbours dies, as
if by overcrowding.
- Any live cell with two or three live neighbours lives,
unchanged, to the next generation.
- Any dead cell with exactly three live neighbours comes to
life.

Another program which is Immensively more complicated, is the
game series called Creatures..
Creatures is an artificial life (alife) computer
program series, created in the mid-1990s by English computer scientist
Steve Grand whilst working for the Cambridge computer games developer
Millennium Interactive. The program is regarded as an important
breakthrough in the advancement of artificial life research.
Below, is a Norn from Creatures 1. They live only about 10
hours, and you teach them english, & take care of them.
They breed, and a new generation to take care of.. You think
they're simple.. No.. Their super complex.
The software was built to simulate real aspects of life. Glands,
Hormones, diseases, & death.
The Latest version is Creatures 3 & Docking Station.
In which the norns are ten times as complex. Digital DNA. They
even have a Genetic Kit to look at & modify genes in your Norn.
It's like Frankenstein... If you ever want a small glimpse of what it's
possibly like to be God, play Creatures. You really get a heart for
them. Real People even cry for the Death of their beloved Norns.

My Ministries ///
I volunteer at Church in a few areas.
I help out in the Studio (Old Sanctuary) on Wednesday Nights.
I
man the "Student Check in" area, setting the tables up, placing pens on
the tables, & the name badges for all them 2nd - 4th graders.
I assist, & sometimes lead a group of Kids in their studies.
I'm finding that I like being on the stage, in front of all them kids,
making announcements..
I'm also a Private in Mighty Men (David Company) under my Lieutenant
Mark Greene, & my Captain Lorne McCan.
I've
been to Mexico with David Company. Volunteered at a Christian
Orphanage. Passed out leaflets in a poor village for a christian event
set up in a nearby dirt lot.
I was normally a shy & cowardly
person. God granted me the Boldness to walk into a Catholic Church
(while they were passing food to the crowd) and passed out my flyers.
That
trip really gave me a heart for the poor.. So when I'm able, I go serve
at the Rescue Mission during their monthly Family BBQ on the 4th
Saturday of each month.
I'm now in the newly formed Movie Ministry. We find gems in films
& television with a spiritual message, for our Pastors to
incorperate in their sermons..
