The Mission of Miles Bateman Ministries is to forward the kingdom of the Lord Jesus Christ. We accomplish this mission by doing God's Will and telling others about God's plan for thier life, while helping the less fortunate.

Dr. Bateman is licensed and ordained to perform Weddings, Baptisms, Dedications, and to speak at special events such as Crusades, Revivals, Camp Meetings, Bible Schools or Christian Events.

Dr. Miles B. Bateman was born in Hillsboro, Texas on 21 May 1964.  He attended Whitney and Pampa High Schools in Texas, where he played Football and Baseball and was a member of the National Honor Society, graduating in 1982. He entered active duty on 23 May 1983, and attended basic training at Lackland AFB, Texas. Upon graduation, his first assignment was to Tyndall AFB, Florida. He was selected as Airman of the Quarter and placed on the Dean’s list of the University of Maryland in June of 1985. Sergeant Bateman was then assigned to RAF Upper Heyford in January of 1986 where he served as an Emergency Room shift-leader.  He was also a member of the Base Honor Guard for two years. During this time, he was Squadron NCO of the Quarter and Wing NCO of the Quarter. While at RAF Upper Heyford, Sergeant Bateman met and married his wife, Rose Marie in April 1988. Miles completed his Community College of the Air Force Degree and earned a Management Certificate from the University of Maryland. He arrived at Loring AFB, Maine, in 1989.  He was deployed in support of Operation DESERT SHIELD/DESERT STORM. While deployed, he served as NCOIC of Medical Operations for the 4300 Provisional Bomb Wing. Back at Loring, he was Squadron and Wing NCO of the Quarter twice and Squadron NCO of the Year. While stationed at Loring AFB, the first of his three children, Michael was born on January 2, 1992. His second child, Megan was born on July 26, 1993. He was placed on the Dean’s list in December of 1991 and completed his Bachelor of Science degree that same year from the University of New York. Miles completed Flight School in December 1993, and was assigned to the 375th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron, Scott AFB Illinois. In March of 1994 he was placed in charge of Readiness Operations, Staff Development, and the Training Flight. He was chosen as Squadron NCO of the Quarter, and NCO of the Year in 1997. He deployed to Grand Forks, North Dakota, to support flood relief. He was the 1998 TACC Young Leadership representative for the Squadron and Wing. In June 1999 he deployed to Ali Al Saleem, Kuwait, to support Operation SOUTHERN WATCH. He served as First Sergeant for the 9th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron. In September of 1999 he completed his Ph.D. in Theology. In September of 2000 Miles began hosting Christian Commentary on KXEN 1010 AM radio in St. Louis, that same year he transferred to serve as NCOIC of Human Resources/Emergency Services where he supported both OPERATIONS ENDURING FREEDOM/ NOBLE EAGLE until his retirement in June 2003. Dr. Bateman retired as Pastor and Elder Board/Board of Directors at Grace Community Baptist Church in Trenton Illinois in 2007, he plays baseball for the St. Louis Unions and the Trenton Mains, football for the St. Louis Gunners and hosts a television program (Christian Commentary) that airs on Charter Communications. In July 2003 his third child Mackenzie was born. In 2005 he served as Chaplain and delivered the Invocations to open both the Illinois State Senate and House of Representatives and for the St. Louis Rams of the NFL. He also serves as a Chaplain for the Billy Graham Rapid Response Team and President and CEO of Miles Bateman Ministries. His decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal, the Aerial Achievement Medal, four Air Force Commendation Medals, four Air Force Achievement Medals, three Armed Forces Expeditionary Force Medals, three Outstanding Unit Awards with Valor, the Air Force Humanitarian Service Medal, and five Air Force Good Conduct Medals.
