Hi there. I am the youth pastor at Pole Line Road Baptist Church in Davis CA. I have been there for a little over 4 years since my family and I moved from Australia. I am totally in love with my wife Tracy who is the most amazing person and we have four beautiful children who keep us very busy, sometimes stressed, but often laughing and always blessed. Tracy and I celebrated 10 years of a blessed and beautiful marriage yesterday. God is so good.

Hi Troy, My apologies for not responding sooner. Blain would prefer not to get involved in this process, as communicating through email does not work well for him. He will also miss key elements that the rest of us will obtain through the meetings with Tim. I have glanced at the notes from the two meetings so far, and I am still trying to work my way through the book chapters. Ariel has put me a bit behind. :o) I had a difficult time following the last meeting, as Val and I could not see the screen Tim was presenting from. We also missed parts of the audio.
