Contemplating Life says ...
"lamp unto my feet" | VERRSE: Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. Psalm 119:105
THOUGHTS: The Word of God brings light to all your situations. His powerful Words can bring comfort in the midst of your trials. God s Word is used to teach and guide you. His Word can bring peace, conviction, knowledge, wisdom and love. God wants you to know Him and to trust Him. What better way then through the powerful words that He breathed just for you? He gave insight to the many writers of the bible that apply to us today.
Isn t it wonderful that we have a place to go when we need answers the most? Are you making time for God? Are you daily in the Word? Are you truly aware of His presence as you read?
If you are not taking time to read the Word of God you are missing so much. I pray that you will come to understand just how important it is to read and study the Word of God. This is the way to a deeper richer relationship with God. His Word will begin to change your attitude and your emotions. You will develop patience, understanding, and love. You will be able to give forgiveness to yourself and others. You will find the greatest joy possible when you receive a Word directly from God. He is waiting, are you willing to take the time to find the lamp unto your feet through the message of The Word? God bless.
