And God hath both raised up the Lord, and will also raise up us by his own power. 1 Corinthians 6:14 Reflection God has given us the incredible hope of the resurrection! The same power which raised Christ from the dead will also resurrect us in that final day. Christ was indeed raised! Fear not then, for we too, will indeed be raised!

Know therefore that the LORD thy God, he [is] God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations; Deuteronomy 7:9 Reflection God is faithful! He has been and always will be faithful! How wondeful that we can count upon His promises! My Prayer: O Lord, thank you for being faithful, even to those who are faithless! Keep me walking close to You and in Your statutes.

God gifts His people with the vivacious resurrection of His Son! Rejoice in your life eternal! Praise Him with your new life and please Him with your days!

And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God. 1 Corinthians 6:11 Reflection Our lives prior to our personal redemption consisted of various backgrounds—some of which were very carnal (see the list in 1 Corinthians 6:9-10). Yet as Christians, those are now things of the past and should no longer control us. We have been washed! When we became Christians, we were cleansed of our sins. Sanctification is the process of setting us apart for God and growing in righteousness. Lastly, we were justified because of Christ's work and atonement. Our destination is not eternal bondage of sin and grief, but by the grace of God, we have a heavenly destination! A place of eternal joy and everlasting peace!

| | | I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. Galatians 2:20 Reflection When we accepted Christ, our sinful nature was crucified upon the cross and Christ became our life. Our life here on earth has changed; we no longer have sinful goals. Instead, we desire to further the kingdom of Christ. My Prayer: I praise You, Lord, for the awesome God that You are! Thank You for Your wonderful salvation! Continue to change my heart and make me more like You. | |

| | But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, [even] to them that believe on his name: John 1:12 Reflection The right to become God's own children! Halleluiah! How blessed are we who believe! To become children of God's right hand, adopted into everlasting glory, is such a wondrous act of mercy that we can only respond with praise never-ceasing! Holy, holy, holy is our Lord! Hallelujah! Rejoice! |
