100 days to change your MIND!
I'm really committed to that goal!
Do you hate diets as much as I do? I am sure you are tired of all the new fad diets that hit the market week after week. It has been my experience that most people that hate diets still need to lose weight.
Dieting with the same mind doesn’t lead us anywhere! Where does diet leave us with the same carnal mind? The only thing I know about diet is that I hate them, but still need to lose weight. Well, I say it is time to fight back, it's time to take action in our mind and life or any further action to lose "W" would be a waste of our time and energy.
Thanks to Jesus there is hope for the overweight and obese individuals who so desperately need help losing weight. The Gospel is enough to set you free and If you let me, I'll help you! I am on a quest to help not only myself but to help as many people as I can along the way.
I am reaching out to people that need to lose weight. That fell hopeless with the thousand of time you start a "diet" and give up. Let's join in prayer and in action.
I believe there is Power in the Spirit to overcome our flesh, I believe any diet would be out there if we just use the self-control; "Be self-controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour" 1 Peter 5:8 their is a balanced lifestyle that we can obtain that will enable us to not only reach our weight loss goals, but keep the weight off for good.
Don't be one of those people that accept their weight problem. I am putting together as much material as I can to help educate myself and everyone else that will be courageous enough to give themselves another chance. We can lose the weight and I am here to prove it. Adding God to our Diet, feeding our mind with the right thoughts before we feed our stomachs we’ll overcome obesity, and the being overweight together. If you are serious about your weight loss, and are brave enough to give it another chance, your in the right place.

HE HAS RISEN
Almighty God, who through your only-begotten Son Jesus Christ overcame death and opened to us the gate of everlasting life: Grant that I, who celebrate with joy the day of the Lord’s resurrection, may be raised from the death of sin by your life-giving Spirit; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen.
Before the festival of Passover, Jesus, knowing that his hour had come to pass from this world to the Father, having loved those who were his in the world, loved them to the end. They were at supper, and the devil had already put it into the mind of Judas Iscariot, son of Simon, to betray him. Jesus knew that the Father had put everything into his hands, and that he had come from God and was returning to God, and he got up from the table, removed his outer garments, and, taking a towel, wrapped it around his waist; he poured water into a basin and began to wash the disciples’ feet and to wipe them with the towel he was wearing. He came to Simon Peter, who said to him, ‘Lord, are you going to wash my feet?’ Jesus answered, ‘At the moment you do not know what I am doing, but later you will understand.’ ‘Never!’ said Peter, ‘You shall never wash my feet.’ Jesus replied, ‘If I do not wash you, you can have no share with me.’ Simon Peter said, ‘Well then, not only my feet, but my hands and my head as well!’ Jesus said, ‘No one who has had a bath needs washing, such a person is clean all over. You too are clean, though not all of you are.’ He knew who was going to betray him, and that was why he said, ‘though not all of you are.’ When he had washed their feet and put on his outer garments again he went back to the table. ‘Do you understand,’ he said, ‘what I have done to you? You call me Master and Lord, and rightly, so I am. If I then, the Lord and Master, have washed your feet, you must wash each other’s feet. I have given you an example so that you may copy what I have done to you.’

Hi! It is so true that adding God to our diet is important. However, adding God to every single part of our life is more important than anything. By adding God to our entire life, we are able to accept who we are even if we are skinny or overweight, beautiful or not "too good looking". For having God in my life and by including him in everything I do nor want to archieve, it has help me to accept who am I. And to be happy with myself because God created me just the way I am. God doesn't categorized me for what I may look like, human beings are the ones who do that.
Also, it is true that our body is temple of the Holy Spirit and that we need to take of it. But it is more important to take care of our salvation, for the Bible says that all those things (e.g. our body, beauty, etc.) won't be eternal. But our salvation will. I'm not saying that we shouldn't take care of our body. I'm just saying that it's more important to live a pleasant life before God, for he would teach us to love ourselves just the way we are. The reason I say this is because once we live a pleasant life before God and once we take hold of the salvation that he offers us; we will able to not only love ourselves, but also to love others- for who they are, and not for what they look like. God bless you.

bless our friends who provide us with the grace and love of an extended family. Endow them with the riches of your blessings: good health, sight, and mobility, that they may enjoy the wonders of your creation and share their delight with others. Bless them with keen minds and compassionate hearts that they may create a better life for all. Guard them from injustice, oppression, and evil that they may know freedom and hope lifelong. In their waking and in their sleeping, in their laughter and in their tears, surround them with your love until the end of their days; and so bring them to eternal life in peace. Through Jesus Christ, our Savior. Amen.
