Okay, so here I am, where I didn't think I would be, but am anyway, so I might as well..hmm - did you get that? So I've been an Osbornite since oh well a long time ago - as in like 23 years, which is weird to say. I am the youngest of Steve G and Lydia M. My brother Tony is a brat who is one of my best friends in the world who now has 4 lil angels as featured with me. My older sissy bug Joi who is my joibells plays by the ocean and although we don't see each other much - to this day she encourages me to be a better me. My Momma - say hi when you see her :O) brought us to ONC -where Larry Basnett prayed me to Jesus when I was about 8. I accepted Jesus in the doorway of ONC. Pastor Jack Stiles The Great, baptized me back when the carpets were orange. Heheh Orange! Then there's Pastor Stan Taylor, who has raised me up! Osborne will always be home, it's where my heart is.
Aside from my Momma singing me to sleep every night and my family harmonizing music into my soul; Lorna Meyers, is the reason I stepped foot in front of anyone and opened up my chords to sing - I'm so glad she did. That's how I learned Jesus puts a song in my heart, and to share it with others to God's unending glory! I started in Lords Lambs, and now I am directing Kingdoms Kids, which is a greater joy than I can place into words my dear friends and family. If you haven't heard them you've missed out. I love those precious children tremendously, and am so honored to have been placed in such an amazing position.
When I'm not at church, I'm off simmering people down as a Customer Service Agent or dabbling in Sales and Marketing at Pleasant Holidays (where I have happily been the last 5 years). My favorites are spending time with my family and my friends - laughing so hard I actually cry (as if something were wrong kinda cry), love watching movies or talking for hours. Through Osborne I have lived a pretty incredible life. Raised around those who became my friends 23 years ago and are my family today, inspired by Heather Johnson (not Johnson anymore) to jump on the YWAM bandwagon and go to Africa, and when I did instead Jesus took me to England, India and Nepal (twice). Thank you Heather! My heart is just so full I could burst. I'll quit talking now - as if that's possible.
