I've included a prayer that you might consider praying each evening.
Why?
Because Jesus said that we can experience healing in our own bodies
if we would but pray for the blessing of others.

[ PETITIONS ]:
I thank you Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ,
for all of the blessings that have attended my life;
for every hour of safety, health, and peace,
of domestic comfort and innocent enjoyment.
I ask you Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ,
to keep me and my loved ones from evil
and to bring us in safety into another day
filled with Your life and committed to serve You in every way.
Heavenly Father, I ask You in the name of Jesus Christ,
to extend Your mercy over all mankind,
to bring the ignorant to the knowledge of Thy truth,
to awaken the impenitent and to soften the hardened.
I ask You Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ,
to look with compassion upon the afflicted,
of every condition, and assuage the pangs of their diseases,
and to comfort the broken in spirit.

Give me good digestion, Lord,
and also something to digest;
give me a healthy body, Lord
with sense to keep it at its best.
Give me a healthy mind, good Lord,
to keep the good and pure in sight;

Give me a mind that is not bored,
that does not whimper, whine or sigh;
Don't let me worry overmuch
