Who is A.J. York? I am a Christian I believe in the Lord Jesus with all my heart and believe that He died on the cross for my sins, He rose three days later, proved His victory over death and the grave, which gives me a hope that this world can never understand, unless they too receive Christ.
I am a husband
I am married to my wonderful wife Brooke, she is always a constant in
my life and I will never forget the day that God brought her into my
life. In many ways God has used her to bring me back into His Will and
I can never thank Him enough because of it. We are a family and we are
currently serving God as the Youth Pastor of Bethel Baptist Church. God has a plan for us and we are
resigned to do His will together no matter the cost. I am a son My parents are Kent and Julie York they are an evangelistic team called Ignite Ministries. They raised me up in the church and at the age of 5 I was saved under my Dad's teaching. I love both my parents and know they are doing the Lord's work all over the country and the world. I am a brother I have three brothers and a sister, I am the oldest, Ben is the next oldest. His wife is Ashley York and they minister to the youth in Chickasha, OK at Bible Baptist Church. Caleb is next, he and his wife Amanda live in Springfield, MO and are both attending Baptist Bible College. Daniel is the youngest son and he is also going to BBC in Springfield. Caleb, Amanda, and Daniel all help with the Children's Ministry at Graceway. Elizabeth the baby of the family travels with Dad and Mom on the road. She is a great help to them and will always be know as Biz to me. Youth Pastor at Bethel Baptist Church Bethel Baptist Church I have 3 things that I try to impress upon the youth at Bethel Baptist Church: 1. Trust God with everything that comes our way 2. Communicate with God through prayer and the reading of His Word. We have to do this everyday in order to know His will and to act upon it. 3. Tell others about Him. Once we are saved and know who it is we serve; we have to tell others about Him, this is a command on the believer. I love the kids we have at Bethel and they are a blessing to me as well. They truly can worship and give praise to God and that is something I hope they will carry with them the rest of their lives. I pray that they will take what we are teaching them about God and learn to apply it and use it so they too can hear His Will for their lives, and live by His Will.
