First, and foremost, I am a Christian. I do not say this with arrogance and pride, but with a humble heart. I know that without Jesus, my life would be a wreck. I need Him everyday. He has proven Himself to be faithful and true. He doesn't have to prove Himself any more than what He has already done in His work on the cross, but, He loves us so much that He chooses to "just because."
I am 30 years old. I am happily married to my very best friend, Shawn. He's the love of my life. We celebrated our 6th anniversary in March '07. We're so in love with each other, that someone asked us recently if we were newlyweds? That's awesome!
I am a singer/songwriter and part-time server at Longhorn. I grew up singing in the choir at church. After seven years "on the road" singing gospel music, I finally realized my true calling and ministry arena: Country Music. Shawn and I have a real compassion for people and, we believe there is more opportunity for real ministry in the Country Music world. Well, finally, after 30 years, I am beginning to love and enjoy life. The creative juices are flowing and I am currently in the studio working on some new songs I wrote, and getting ready to pitch them in Nashville. I am having the time of my life!
My husband and I are faithful members of Believers Church in Douglasville, GA. We are involved in our Children's Ministries, where I actually teach in the nursery. I am so thankful that our church does not allow us to babysit the babies. We actually have a method of teaching infants about the Bible and who Jesus is. And, the best part is: IT WORKS! We love our pastor and his wife, Gene & June Evans. God has blessed us with a wonderful church family. And, when I say "family", they really are! We love them so much. They have been there for us, and prayed us through the most difficult time of our lives. I'm here to tell you, when the people of Believers Church pray, God hears and He answers!

my birthday is april 25th...yea, i will be 13! my mom and grandmothers are insisting to put a brick on my head, and telling me NOT to turn 13! but i've been waiting for it all of my short life, so here i come teen-age! lol!

aww, it sounds cute!! Joseph and I wanted a puppy that didn't shed as well... so we got a Miniature Schnauzer. We've had him almost a year now.... he is our BABY! We love him so much! He doesn't shed at all!! I love it.... we used to have a miniature pinscher and he shed a lot during the summer... I would have little black hairs all over my bed.... and that just grosses me out.... so, I'm glad that our puppy JoJo (yes, Joseph named him!) doesn't shed!
They told us he wouldn't have dander... but he did for the first few months.... I dont know if it was because he was a puppy and had a dry/sensitive skin?? I don't know... but he doesn't seem to have a problem with it now.

Thank you! We are doing pretty good. Joseph is battling some stuff right now physically, but we know that HE IS THE HEALED OF GOD IN JESUS' NAME! Keep him lifted in prayer if you think of it. :)

It is a really clear shot, we also have one where his foot is up and you can actually count 5 toes clearly. Thank you! Your's is coming - I'm praying and honey I can believe for this sort of thing. I've got some experience there. Love, Marsha
