He didn't promise troubles wouldn't come, but He did promise He would see us thru. Trials prepare us and build character and strenghtens our faith. Have a blessed day.

NOTHING worthwhile is EASY!!!!

Has anyone read a scripture like this that seems perfectly tailored to you for exactly when you are reading it?

I'm learning that people need daily prayer. You can't control your circumstances, but you can control your reactions to them.

As Christians we need each other for encouragement to keep on going for Christ! We will face troubles and tribulations in this world, Jesus Himself told us this many times throughout Scripture. This world hated Him and as His followers it will hate us as well, but we are to keep our eye on the goal which is to obey Him and His Word by telling those around us of God's great love for them which He demonstrated by sending Jesus to die for their sins.
What a privilege to be called children of God! We will suffer some rejection for being such, but His Holy Spirit will give us the strength, peace, and even joy we need to persevere for Christ! :)

D hardships we xperience,d trials dat we face, will teach us dat we're strongest when we r trusting in GOD's grace...

We all make mistakes or are placed in hard situations. It is so easy to stop having faith at that time in life and try to fix our problems ourselves. But, turning to GOD for the answers, and following GOD is the key to getting through it. He didn't promise troubles wouldn't come, but He did promise He would see us thru.... Trials prepare us and build character and strenghtens our faith... Have a blessed day.

- Paul had just been beaten and left for dead by certain Jews from Antioch and Iconium for preaching the Gospel in Lystria. The disciples gathered around him and he arose. I do believe they stood around him and prayed and God raised him up. Whatever the case they all knew there was a rough road ahead for all who believed in Jesus as the Son of God and that He was the only Way to God. We as true Believers today are facing rough times ahead. Many in our own God-founded nation are developing laws that dis-allow Christians the same rights and privileges to gather, pray, or observe an open public acknowledgement of our God. Yet how much more do they allow the same and even encourage the same for those of "other" faiths. This is a prophecy for those persecuted Believers in the growth of the Church found in Acts and it is for us today as the Church Age closes just before the Tribulation begins. Believers, prepare your hearts to face the onslaught of the enemy, but also know you will be received of Him. Un-believers, prepare to face the Wrath of God!

Be encouraged, do no think that just because we chose to follow the footsteps of Jesus Christ that we are sitting on easy street. We are challenged on a daily basis against the principalities of this world. Jesus set the path and he had to suffer to attain his place at the right hand of the father. There will be struggles and trials, keep the faith and our rewards will be plenty. Trust God and never doubt.

God will not put nothing on you that you cant bare. There will be plenty of trials that come, but you have to keep your head up to God from which comes your help.

Perfect scripture for today! Often times life seems to throw too many hardships and trials, almost unbearable at times, but its just a test of our faith. God is a fair God, almost unfair to love us beyond our faults! But if we stay true to him and ourselves, the rewards are great!

Sometimes it is much easier to pray with a stranger than with your own family member. May God touch all of our families: biology and spiritually today in Jesus name <3<3<3 I will remain true to praying daily for the ones I love and for all the lost, also do all I can to make it the Eternal Shores of the place called Heaven. So much work today just a little time to play & pray. <3<3<3

let us all be strong in Christ

Thank you Lord for all the comments on this verse. Brothers and sisters in Christ, thank you for your encouraging words. Lord my actions have failed you, but your word has strengthen my soul. Your children have encourage me to continue in the faith. Although we have sinned, our Lord is a forgiving and loving God, who is patient and merciful. Thanks and praise to our Father in heaven through Christ Jesus our Lord for his LOVE, GRACE and MERCY. "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness" (2 Cor.12:9)

God doesn't promise us a life without trouble, but rather that he will be with us no matter what comes our way.

Thanks Duncan.

Stay strong for God will never leave nor forsake you.

we do pass many to prove our love to the LORD.

Just think he died on the cross for my sins...My God is awesome!!!!!!!
