The Lord the Only Redeemer

"....Before me there was no God formed, nor shall there be after Me. Even I, am the LORD, and besides Me, there is no Savior." (Isaiah 43:10b & 11).

JESUS SAID: "I AM the ALPHA and the OMEGA, the Beginning and the End...who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty." (Revelation. 1:8), "I AM the ALPHA and the OMEGA, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last." (Revelation 22:13)

We are all chosen to serve Him... PTL !!

This verse truly gave me the answer I was looking for. I often ask Why God? and Knowing that It's God's will for my life I guess at the time wasn't enough. This word made it much clearer to me. How can you be a witness without enduring....?Remember what Jesus what Jesus endured.

A lot of people live with the idea that there are a bunch of gods out there; all competing for our attention. There are a lot of religions out there, but there is only one God. Some of the things other religions teach make a lot of sense and are appealing to many, their followers truly believe in their god and try to serve whoever their god is religiously. Most were raised in families that followed their religion and because they grew up in it, know no other way. The same can be said for many people raised in the Christian church. Many people attend Christian Churches religiously and work hard to follow the ten commandments; trying to become good people. Something is missing. To truly know the one and only God is to accept the gift that He has for us. We can't work for it, we can't buy it, we can't think our way into it; It is a gift. A gift is a gift; we can accept it or reject it. We can ask for it, we do so by asking Jesus to come into our heart. When we do so; His Spirit, the Holy Spirit, comes into us and opens our eyes to His truth. One thing that sets Christianity apart from all other religions is that we serve God, who serves us. We who put our faith and trust in Him, living the way He wants us to live, can ask for anything in His name and He will do it for us. He wants us to tell the world about Him; we are His witnesses.
