"And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, so must the Son of man be lifted up, "
John 3:1 Now there was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicode'mus, a ruler of the Jews.
John 3:2 This man came to Jesus by night and said to him, "Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that you do, unless God is with him."
John 3:3 Jesus answered him, "Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born anew, he cannot see the kingdom of God."
John 3:4 Nicode'mus said to him, "How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother's womb and be born?"
John 3:5 Jesus answered, "Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.
John 3:6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
John 3:7 Do not marvel that I said to you, 'You must be born anew.'
John 3:8 The wind blows where it wills, and you hear the sound of it, but you do not know whence it comes or whither it goes; so it is with every one who is born of the Spirit."
John 3:9 Nicode'mus said to him, "How can this be?"
John 3:10 Jesus answered him, "Are you a teacher of Israel, and yet you do not understand this?
John 3:11 Truly, truly, I say to you, we speak of what we know, and bear witness to what we have seen; but you do not receive our testimony.
John 3:12 If I have told you earthly things and you do not believe, how can you believe if I tell you heavenly things?
John 3:13 No one has ascended into heaven but he who descended from heaven, the Son of man.
John 3:14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, so must the Son of man be lifted up,
John 3:15 that whoever believes in him may have eternal life."
John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.
John 3:17 For God sent the Son into the world, not to condemn the world, but that the world might be saved through him.
John 3:18 He who believes in him is not condemned; he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.
John 3:19 And this is the judgment, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
John 3:20 For every one who does evil hates the light, and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed.
John 3:21 But he who does what is true comes to the light, that it may be clearly seen that his deeds have been wrought in God.
John 3:22 After this Jesus and his disciples went into the land of Judea; there he remained with them and baptized.
John 3:23 John also was baptizing at Ae'non near Salim, because there was much water there; and people came and were baptized.
John 3:24 For John had not yet been put in prison.
John 3:25 Now a discussion arose between John's disciples and a Jew over purifying.
John 3:26 And they came to John, and said to him, "Rabbi, he who was with you beyond the Jordan, to whom you bore witness, here he is, baptizing, and all are going to him."
John 3:27 John answered, "No one can receive anything except what is given him from heaven.
John 3:28 You yourselves bear me witness, that I said, I am not the Christ, but I have been sent before him.
John 3:29 He who has the bride is the bridegroom; the friend of the bridegroom, who stands and hears him, rejoices greatly at the bridegroom's voice; therefore this joy of mine is now full.
John 3:30 He must increase, but I must decrease."
John 3:31 He who comes from above is above all; he who is of the earth belongs to the earth, and of the earth he speaks; he who comes from heaven is above all.
John 3:32 He bears witness to what he has seen and heard, yet no one receives his testimony;
John 3:33 he who receives his testimony sets his seal to this, that God is true.
John 3:34 For he whom God has sent utters the words of God, for it is not by measure that he gives the Spirit;
John 3:35 the Father loves the Son, and has given all things into his hand.
John 3:36 He who believes in the Son has eternal life; he who does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God rests upon him.

God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son Jesus,so draw close to Jesus and He will draw close to you and let the Holy Spirit come into your heart...God Bless u all.

all who looked upon that serpent that Moses lifted up were healed from sins bite...so it is with us...all who look to the COMPLETED work of our Lord Jesus Christ who was hung between Heaven and Earth to die for the sting of sin which is death are saved... HE is now our focus: Heb 12:2

fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

EVERY DAY,EVERY MINUTE,EVERY SECOND,HE IS ALWAYS THERE TO LISTEN,AND LOVE

Jesus on the cross is raised, that whoever believes in Him and looks up to Him will not perish but have eternal life.

Worthy is the Lamb!

in the manner the Isrealites looked on to the Serpent that was lifted up and recieved their healing and deliverance from death { which came about from snake bite because of their sin} In the same manner will anyone that look unto Jesus will be healed and deliver from death{ punishment of sin} and live
Look unto Jesus and live for He alone can give you life [eternal life]

When we lift up and glorify Jesus, he'll draw those in need of salvation and deliverance to Him. God is so merciful, how despite the Isrealites continual disobediance; he had Moses use that method in order to heal and deliver His people.....that's true love. In all you do, glorify the God.

The bronze serpent which Moses set up on a pole was established by God to cure those who had been bitten by the poisonous serpents in the desert. Jesus compares this with his crucifixion, to show the value of his being raised up on the cross: those who look on him with faith can obtain salvation.

The faith of which our Lord speaks is not just intellectual acceptance of the truths he has taught: it involves recognizing him as Son of God, sharing his very life and surrendering ourselves out of love and therefore becoming like him. But this faith is a gift of God, and we should ask him to strengthen it and increase it as the Apostles did: Lord "increase our Faith!"

GOD'S WORDS LIFT ME UP SPIRTUALLY. WHEN I READ THE BIBLE, THE TIME PASSES, BECAUSE MY ATTENTION IS DIVERT TO THE WORDS THAT IS SPOKEN TO ME THROUGH GOD'S GRACE. I LOVE THE BOOK, AND I HAVE CHANGE WITH TIME, AS I LEARN THE SCRIPTURES, INSTILL THE WORDS IN MY HEAD, AND BECAME A CHRISTIAN OF GOD.I'VE OVERCOME SO MUCH IN MY LIFE, SINCE I PICKED THE BOOK UP AND BEGIN TO READ. I LOVE GOD, AND I'M SO APPRECIATIVE OF THE THINGS HE HAS SHOWN ME, AND IS SHOWING ME, ALL OF HIS DIVINE WORK.I GIVE ALL PRISES TO GOD MY FATHER, AND HIS SON JESUS CHRIST, AMEN.

amen

Praise God for the sacrifice of His Son!

Let's give Jesus His rightful place today. Put down all other vices (you know ... those things/people we put in front of God) and lift up Jesus!!!

You are condemned to die from your sins, but there's a simple solution; repent, look up to Jesus and LIVE. Just as those who looked up to the bronze serpent lived and those who didn't perished ( Num 21:4-9). If you haven't accepted the Lord Jesus as your Saviour, today is the day, and now is the hour. Look up to Jesus and LIVE. No matter the problems you're facing in your life; Jesus is the Answer!

As for me & my house, we are eternally grateful for the sacrifice of love our heavenly Father gave on our behalf. Now, we must take up our cross daily and follow Him. Thank you, Lord Jesus. We love you! <3

AS WE PRAY TO THE ALMIGHTY WE WILL

just asmoses lifted up the snakein the wilderness, so the son of man must be lifted up in your life.

amen!

Listen! Do not be proud, for the Lord has spoken.Give glory to the Lord your God before it is too late.

Jesus is all we need, He is the Way the Truth and the Life...
