"The LORD is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; he knows those who take refuge in him. "
Nahum 1:1 An oracle concerning Nin'eveh. The book of the vision of Nahum of Elkosh.
Nahum 1:2 The LORD is a jealous God and avenging, the LORD is avenging and wrathful; the LORD takes vengeance on his adversaries and keeps wrath for his enemies.
Nahum 1:3 The LORD is slow to anger and of great might, and the LORD will by no means clear the guilty. His way is in whirlwind and storm, and the clouds are the dust of his feet.
Nahum 1:4 He rebukes the sea and makes it dry, he dries up all the rivers; Bashan and Carmel wither, the bloom of Lebanon fades.
Nahum 1:5 The mountains quake before him, the hills melt; the earth is laid waste before him, the world and all that dwell therein.
Nahum 1:6 Who can stand before his indignation? Who can endure the heat of his anger? His wrath is poured out like fire, and the rocks are broken asunder by him.
Nahum 1:7 The LORD is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; he knows those who take refuge in him.
Nahum 1:8 But with an overflowing flood he will make a full end of his adversaries, and will pursue his enemies into darkness.
Nahum 1:9 What do you plot against the LORD? He will make a full end; he will not take vengeance twice on his foes.
Nahum 1:10 Like entangled thorns they are consumed, like dry stubble.
Nahum 1:11 Did one not come out from you, who plotted evil against the LORD, and counseled villainy?
Nahum 1:12 Thus says the LORD, "Though they be strong and many, they will be cut off and pass away. Though I have afflicted you, I will afflict you no more.
Nahum 1:13 And now I will break his yoke from off you and will burst your bonds asunder."
Nahum 1:14 The LORD has given commandment about you: "No more shall your name be perpetuated; from the house of your gods I will cut off the graven image and the molten image. I will make your grave, for you are vile."

Everything about God Is good! He cares for His children. As great as He is; He knows each of us by name. When we call on Him He hears us. Wherever we go He is with us, His Spirit lives in us. As a result of sin in this world we often find ourselves in trouble; times where we are afraid and don't know where to turn for help. As His children we can take refuge in Him. He knows our problems better than we will ever know and all the things that we can not see. He has control over those who come against us; He can blind them, He can bind them. God is bigger than the F.B.I, the I.R.S and the whole judicial system. He is bigger than your creditors. Everything in this world is His. As bad as things may seem to be, we need always remember that God has everything in control. If we seek His will and do His will; we will really never need to walk in fear. In the end He will be proven to be the victor. My hope and trust is in Him and Him alone!

AMEN!

One of my favorite verse's. :)

I was talking to an old High School friend today, and listened to some
tough trails they went through when we were young, and it made me think
about my own faith, for when I have a terrible trail come into my life
(we will all experience it), how am I going to handle it, I learned
something from them today
...

Faith is a learned discipline. Faith does not come naturally, but

supernaturally. The natural man believes what he sees, but the

supernatural man sees what he believes. And Jesus taught that it does not take as much faith to see as we might think —Christ tells us, faith
as small as a tiny seed can see mountains moved. When I'm lacking great
faith I exercise the faith I have, and then ask God for more. Faith, fruit, more faith — believing God is a self-perpetuating experience. Thanks friend!!!!

Praise be to God..I live because of this promise..So spl to me...Hallelujah..Jesus rocks man...!

Tak toto je můj oblíbený, kdysi mě vytáhl z hrozných depresí.

this vwerse is my signature verse

amen
