Psalms 91:15 When he calls to me, I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will rescue him and honor him.
Psalms 91:16 With long life I will satisfy him, and show him my salvation.

Read this Psalm to my soldiers the morning we left for Iraq in 2005. Upon arrival I made my way to the base chapel. The base chapel had Psalm 91 etched in it's windows! In between Sunday morning services a mortar attack came in and a shell exploded just outside the chapel. A piece of shrapnel became lodged IN the glass window instead of breaking through. The other piece of this story is about the young man who was walking by that window in the chapel when the shrapnel hit. Had it not been for the promise of safety from a Loving God, another tree would have been planted in Warrior's Walk at Fort Stewart.

This is great! I always remember Psalm 91 if I'm troubled, or afraid. It reminds me that I am not ever alone, God is walking with me during this journey of life.

there so much you have done for me ..and yet i still cant repay for everthing you have done.

god is good....all the time :)

Whom shall I fear if the Lord is my refuge and fortress? Thank you, Lord for this assurance.

Thank you Lord for always making a way when it looks like there's no way out. Thank you Lord for giving me a second chance to make things right with you. Thank you Lord for what you are doing in my present and what you're going to do in my future. I will continue to thank the Lord because He has been too good to me!!!!

I have wondered many times how anyone gets through one day without Jesus in their life! I would not want to draw a single breath without Him, He is my Rock and my Fortress!
When I experience distress in my life, at times I find it is because I have come out of His shelter for awhile,so He draws me back in,and the peace returns as I abide in Him,my Refuge! :)

Thank you Lord for you mercies that are new every morning! I love you Lord!! ♥

ISAIAH CH.41 VS. 9+10 **** THOU WHOM I HAVE TAKEN FROM THE ENDS OF THE EARTH, AND CALLED THEE FROM THE CHIEF MEN THEREOF, AND SAID UNTO THEE, THOU ART MY SERVANT; I HAVE CHOSEN THEE, AND NOT CAST THEE AWAY..."FEAR THOU NOT;" FOR I AM WITH THEE: BE NOT DISMAYED;FOR I AM THY "GOD:" I WILL STRENGHTEN THEE; YEA, I WILL UPHOLD THEE WITH THE RIGHT HAND OF MY RIGHTEOUSNESS.****

I love this because it doesnt matter what goes on around you, God said I GOT YOU..

Love this, it's my motivation and my favorite passage.

There is no greater trust -- thank you Lord for being in my life and holding me in your arms. Such sweet peace!

lord i just give you praise and glory for everything you have done, and everything your now doing in my life, and for taking me higher, cause i know you hae great things in store for me

For God so greatly loved and clearly prized the world that He [even] gave up His only begotten (unique) Son, so that whoever believes in (trusts in, clings to, relies on) Him shall not perish (come to destruction, be lost) but have eternal (everlasting) life. John 3:16 (AMP)

When we choose to put our trust in the Lord, we'll surely find comfort & peace under the shadow of His wings...

Philippians 4:6-7 (NIV) 6Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

THIS VERSE ALWAYS GIVE ME PEACE OF MIND WHENEVER I READ IT. THANK YOU LORD!

God is so good, he knows my heart and knows my pains. I needed to hear this verse, because lately I have been allowing my circumstances to take my eyes off my Lord. I find myself coming back to the same pit I always get to, and focusing on everything and everyone around me. But he has spoken to me today and through his mighty word on what I need to do, and that is to stand firm on my Faith, and that I can't only be half obidient, and that he is always there for me and loves me. Thank you Father for your mighty presence in my life and forgive me for when I start to doubt. All the glory and praise to you and you only.

I needed this very verse 2day! Thank u Lord!!!

He is my rock!and my Lord! thank You my Jesus
