This is my all time favorite. I read it whenever I am worried about something and it brings me peace. I read it a lot when I was in the hospital with Tiana (prior to her birth, 2 of the scariest weeks) and after...Yet it always brought me peace and I knew he would see us through it all and that it would work out! I have truly been so blessed! Thanks God for all you do! |

This is the scripture that gets me thru no matter what is going on in my life. I've come to learn it doesn't mean each thing individually is good or feels good, but God will mix it and make it good just as baking a cake - each ingredient is not tasty by itself - but together comes a scrumptious cake. |

Even in those situations in our lives that God permits that seem so painful to us, we may not always understand why He permits them, but if He has allowed it in your life then He has a purpose behind it for our good. So we can be thankful in all situations good and bad. This side of heaven we won't know why God allows things that He allows in our lives but we can thank Him for being with us. Sometimes when you are hurting its hard to rejoice, but remember God is bigger than any situation in your life that seems too big for you to handle. I am just thankful He is with me in everything and will never leave me nor forsake me. I know when I am happy He is happy and when I hurt He hurts also. |
