| Interests Right now I am really into Beth Moore's bible studies- they are really deep and thought-provoking- just the kind I need! I am also *VERY* interested in Trever Smith, and our 6 children. (#6 currently in utero, and due to arrive January 2007!) | | Movies Hmm, we watched a movie called Joshua that we thought was really awesome. I also enjoyed Luther. My kiddos enjoy (as do I) the Torchlighter series- about Christian missionaries and early church reformists- so far we have the first three: Jim Elliot, William Tyndale and John Bunyan... really good stuff. | | Music We love classical guitar- messianic praise- and praise and worship is awesome... SOME Christian rock, althoug we tend to be moving away from that and focusing on more edifying avenues... Important to realize though that God's children all worship with their own uniques styles and personalities and we should take joy in our difference, not divide over them. And I *DO* believe that music *IS* very much a form of worship- even secularized music worships SOMEONE- whether it is the performer or even just *SELF*. | | Books Wow. I could list 100 and barely scrath the surface. I think it would be more fruitful to list authors, not their works, as it would save time and space... (Can you tell I am a voracious reader.) The Bible tops the list. I highly respect and enjoy almost all C.S. Lewis's writings, as well as A.W. Tozer, Ray Comfort, Charles Spurgeon, Amy Carmichael, Mary Pride, Rick and Jan Hess, Philip Yancey, Charles Finney, most of the Puritan authors, and Nancy Campbell. I am sure I have missed many, many of my favorites- but those are the first to come to mind. | | Television We don't have T.V. Perhaps I should clarify that statement- we *OWN* a t.v. set, and it works and all, but we don't have it hooked up to the network- so we don't get even the basic 13 channels, let alone cable. We use it soley for videos and dvds- easier to monitor that way- don't end up even having to see nasty commercials.... |

I'm sorry that your children are sick with Bronchitus.I will pray for them to feel better.Things on my end are okay.I'm taking my first Driving Lesson this coming up Saturday.If you could keep that in prayer, that would be great.Also please pray for my Bipolar Depression.I'm having a hard time with it,but I keep on focusing on the positive things and keep spending more time with the Lord.The Lord keeps me going.God is
putting challenges in my life.He has me working on becoming more independent.I have been dependent on others due to my Bipolar Depression Disorder and have been on Disability for some time.I'm scared,but I know that I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.(Philippians 4:13)

I agree. We need to catch up soon! When did T deploy? How are you doing? How are the kids? Justice? I have been busy with work and trying to get my Mary Kay business established. My grandpa has been sick and I have been taking him to the doctor a lot. He was hospitalized last week and I have to take him back today. Anyways, love and miss you!

Thanks...I plan on having a wonderful weekend with my family!!!! Pray for my husband...he has to work today...this new General is working him hard. I am praying he finds favor with him...:). Anyhoo...I do hope you enjoy the books. The put on your war coat is good. I am going to collect my other books and bring them to ya when you are ready for them. By the way, praise God that you've left MySpace...Seth was cautious about the exact same things that Trever was concerning weird friend requests (although, believe it or not, I already got on on MyChurch...go figure). I forwarded it to him, though, and denied the request. Anywayz...I know what you mean...I kept seeing nasty stuff on pages of people I know...and I know your concern is your kids, but if it's not good for them it's not good for us, either, as the Lord's kids. I remember you telling me once about the word "adult", and how "adult" movies and "adult" things are things you don't even want to see as an adult. Let's all be kids. :)
