This is the first of many "fun prayers" to come.  By "fun" I mean they're a bit off-kilter, a bit adventurous, but still directly in line with God's will, and quite a joy to pray.  These are also prayers that can be re-prayed quite often throughout the year.  If you disagree, please let me know.  I am open to biblical correction (I could be wrong).  (At least we can take heart that God does not answer prayers that are not in His will, such as "Lord, I pray my boss drops dead because he's being unfair.")  If you see the merit of these prayers, try them yourself.  Adapt them to your circumstances (e.g., exchange "bus" for "all those driving on the road with me" or "everybody in the office").  Also:  feel free to share your own!

Fun Prayer:  November 2007: 

While riding on the bus to or from work: 

"Dear Lord, I pray that you reveal yourself to every single person on this bus at least once sometime today.  Reveal yourself in an unmistakable way in such a way that every single person on this bus must acknowledge your reality, sovreignty and holiness, and then either actively submit their heart to you or actively reject you as their worst enemy.  I pray this in the authority of Christ and by His name."
