| Dave You are already "COOL" with-out being on the explore page! Anyone who is lifting up the name of Jeus Christ is a cool person! Besides when we get to Heaven the only name thats going to matter is Jesus! |

Dave, I'm just taking guess here....(not speaking for MyChurch)....but actually showing up on the front page of MyChurch dot org is not only a special honor (for the "cool" people) but also brings special (and sometimes unwanted) attention. Given how easy it is to send someone a message on MyChurch, I think controlling who gets pictured on the front page protects and limits who might get those unwanted messages.
They are beautiful though aren't they? lol |

Oh Dave, please, please, please don't ever be one of those cool people on the Explore page.
Just out of curiousity I checked out the "cool" people on the Explore page twice and seen six different people. Of the six, two were set on privacy where only their friends could see their blog, two had no blog entries, one had one entry in Jan. 2007 and the other had an entry in Sept. and the one before that was April.
So I guess to be cool you gotta be out of the loop with all us loopy people who are here almost every day. Maybe they get put there kind of like a missing person poster (pun intended). Maybe those are what people with real lives look like. If that is so I will never be there, lol.
But Dave, there are many of us who know what you look like. And even more importantly, because you have shared your heart with us, we also know you. That is cool.

apureheart, you may have confirmed my suspicion....The cool people got so much unwanted attention from being on the front page of a major website that they fled MyChurch abandoning their profiles to inactivity!

| I used the phrase pot licker at work the other day, one of my co - workers had to Google it to make sure it wasn't a ratial slur. I'm glad it wasn't as I've been called a potlicker most of my childhood. I just that it was a term of endearment. I guess I gotta be careful. I hear these days being Gay means something completely different. I'm so far from being cool. |
