Winter Jam -- Rocked!!!!

Last night (Feb 15) we took some of our youth group to the Winter Jam concert in Roanoke VA with groups like Sanctus Real, Hawk Nelson, Steven Curtis Chapman, Jeremy Camp, and hosted by NewSong.  It was an awesome concert.

Our young people were blessed and we had several commitments for Christ from our church last night!  It was worth it all to hear that and to hear Tony Donavan speak to us in such a real way - hey he got "all up in our kool-aid" he was real!

The even definitly wouldn't have been complete without the George Bush impersonater there - who did a fabulous job I might add - and one saying that caught my attention from him was where he told the crowd - Jesus says - mi casa es su casa and that Jesus says to the devil that we are "nachos" but were Christ!

It was a totally awesome evening!  I'm very tired today from the lack of sleep after the concert - but I'd do it all again!
