Little Johnny came home from Sunday School one Sunday in December. He told his parents that he'd learned about the Christmas story. Their project during sunday school was to draw a picture of the manger scene. The parents looked at the crude drawing....it wasn't too bad...they could make out the shepherds and the wise men...and Mary, Joseph, and baby Jesus...But, in one corner was a big, human looking blob. It almost looked like a snowman. They whispered between themselves wondering what it was....they almost hesitated to ask for fear of hurting Johnny's feelings.
Finally, Johnny's dad said: "that's a great picture son - but what is this thing down in the corner?"
Johnny said: "Well duh dad, that's Round Jon Verdgen" |
