2:24 And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all [men], apt to teach, patient, 5:19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are [these]; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, 5:20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, sedition's, heresies, 5:21 Envying, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told [you] in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, long-suffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 5:23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. 5:24 And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. 14:5 A faithful witness will not lie: but a false witness will utter lies. 14:6 A scorner seek wisdom, and [find it] not: but knowledge [is] easy unto him that understand. 14:7 Go from the presence of a foolish man, when thou perceived not [in him] the lips of knowledge. 14:8 The wisdom of the prudent [is] to understand his way: but the folly of fools [is] deceit. 14:9 Fools make a mock at sin: but among the righteous [there is] favour. 24:4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. 23:4 For they bind heavy burdens and grievous to be borne, and lay [them] on men's shoulders; but they [themselves] will not move them with one of their fingers. 23:5 But all their works they do for to be seen of men: they make broad their phylacteries, and enlarge the borders of their garments, 23:6 And love the uppermost rooms at feasts, and the chief seats in the synagogues, 23:7 And greetings in the markets, and to be called of men, Rabbi, Rabbi. 23:8 But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Master, [even] Christ; and all ye are brethren. 23:9 And call no [man] your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven. 23:10 Neither be ye called masters: for one is your Master, [even] Christ. 3:1 My brethren, be not many masters, knowing that we shall receive the greater condemnation. 8:21 Providing for honest things, not only in the sight of the Lord, but also in the sight of men. 2:7 In all things shewing thyself a pattern of good works: in doctrine [shewing] uncorrupt, gravity, sincerity, 3:17 But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, [and] easy to be entreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. 12:13 For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether [we be] Jews or Gentiles, whether [we be] bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit. 12:14 For the body is not one member, but many. How do you know if you are being deceived? Fruits, the vine, Jesus was very clear. 7:15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. 7:16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? 7:17 Even so every good tree bringer forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringer forth evil fruit. 7:18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither [can] a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. 7:19 Every tree that bringer not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. 7:20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them. Preach the whole gospel, the true gospel, not the gospel according to Rick Warren, Joel Olsteen, Rob Bell, or any other man who wishes to fill the seats up of your church with unrepentant sinners who only wish to hear a feel good message that Jesus is their friend, and they need Jesus in their life, it will make them a better human being. REPENT, you are a wicked sinner bound for Hell, only through repentance, dieing to yourself and receiving the blood of Jesus Christ, that HE died for your sins, and HE is who HE says HE is, God, will you ever be saved from HELL, eternal damnation my friend. DIE to yourself, take up the cross of Jesus Christ. Study the inspired word of God, the Bible, pray, pray, not repetitive contemplative mumbojumbo prayers, do not meditate, do not bring yoga breathing exercises into your relationship with Jesus through prayer, this is not of God. Pray from your spirit to JESUS, remove all man made worship practices from your relationship through prayer with Jesus Christ. This is a dangerous road of mysticism and false teachings that keeps being brought by wolves into our churches through feel-good, new age type teachers, eastern mystic theology is getting intertwined with the true roots of our religion. How does this thing happen? Paul warned us it would. 20:29 For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock. 20:30 Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them. 2:11 But when Peter was come to Antioch, I withstood him to the face, because he was to be blamed. 2:12 For before that certain came from James, he did eat with the Gentiles: but when they were come, he withdrew and separated himself, fearing them which were of the circumcision. 2:13 And the other Jews dissembled likewise with him; insomuch that Barnabas also was carried away with their dissimulation. 2:14 But when I saw that they walked not uprightly according to the truth of the gospel, I said unto Peter before [them] all, If thou, being a Jew, livest after the manner of Gentiles, and not as do the Jews, why compelled thou the Gentiles to live as do the Jews? The church is warned over and over about false teachers throughout the Bible. 6:14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? 6:15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believe with an infidel? 6:16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in [them]; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. 6:17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean [thing]; and I will receive you, To separate from unclean things-ungodly messages that seek to confuse and mislead. 3:12 Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution. It will not be popular to stand by Jesus Christ and His true gospel, too easily are we pushed and prodded into allowing 'the world' and 'its ways' to infect our churches, the gospel and our walk with Jesus. But we are taught that narrow is the path, Jesus will not forsake us if we keep repenting and following Him. Test the spirits, trust in Jesus, men can be corrupt or blinded by their own puffed up righteousness that is not holy but is sinful and self serving. |
