Imagine a Lutheran recommending the Pope! :-) I have enjoyed much of the current Pope's writings; even if I don't agree with everything that he says, I think that there is so much good stuff in what I've read by him that I feel good in recommending that people read and consider things like this encyclical. In fact, the letter discusses a great deal of what I have been thinking about over the last few months, as you regular readers may be able to discern.
