| Have you ever wondered if hell is real? The Bible says yes it is Matthew 5:29 If your right eye causes you to sin, pluck it out and cast it from you; for it ie profitable for you that one of your members to parish, than for your whole body to be cast into hell. God has nt intended for any of his children to go to hell. Hell was made for the devil and his followers. God wants everyone to to go to heaven, however its not up to God if we go to Heaven or not. Its up to us. He has given us free will, and he will not go against our will. If we choose to sin and do the things of the world, then we choose hell. But if we choose to live for God and do whats right according to God and His word, then we choose Heaven. We have to decide for ourselves where we want to spend eternity. In the movies, sometimes we hear this line: "I will see you in hell." Similary, some rock-and-roll stars sing about hell as a place where they can party with their friends. But I a sure you there WILL NOT be any partying in hell. Infact the Bible says its an "everlasting punishment"(Matt.25:46). As Christians, we want to let others know that Jesus wants them to go to Heaven, and be with Him forever. We want to shut the gates of hell and open the gates of Heaven for ourselves and for for those around us. May God Bless you all, Pastor David |
