| Nate's night w/ the Trans-Siberian Orchestra |

Let me clarify something real quick; Trans-Siberian Orchestra is not a band. It is a musical Collaboration of which has not nor will ever be matched. The number one thing you go to see from TSO is the music. But the show is just as visual as it is audible. Lasers, torches, light cannons, snowmachines, and the performers themselves, Are Dangerous. They seriously could injure someone. But it is a show of precision too... Everything is aimed precisely at where it can't injure someone. All of the lasers, I counted 10 in all, are so powerful, that they literally will destroy your retinas in one half second if you look directly at them. The flames, from the torches instantly heated up the Scottrade Center. They were huge. They could just as easily set one of the performers alight, not to mention the stage. There's frame-trusses just suspended from moving cables, going up and down, (that's an amazing effect)
The performers themselves, play so hard they could injure themselves just as easily as an audience member. The Violinist, Plays so hard, she slides on her back, all the time. The guitarists, drummers, and vocalists, are the same way. The vocalist known as The Bum, Held a high note for what seemed like 30 seconds. Ask any vocalist. That's hard....
Before I close, I would like to thank Linda & Art Grames for paying for my ticket, and my dinner.
