Hey Cheryl,

Thanks for the star!  And that reminds me to pass on what Dr. Alveda C. King has said on this website.  Check out the quote ~  http://www.issues4life.org/issues.html  ~  it's at the bottom of the opening page.

Hey,

Thanks for the star 'restore' and thanks for the comment steve, we need you. God needs you.

And for my wife and myself... as the Lord wills, we are not going to be silent while they build this to murder the innocent children. As long as we have breath we will cry out to the Lord and we will cry out to our brothers and sisters... and ask them to please weep with us.

Save us Lord Jesus, save us.

THE DARK DAYS OF 2008, already!?

...and as far as political canidates are concerned - they have said basically the same thing. Not only do we want the neighborhoods to wake up but the rest of the Church as well.

Fred Thompson dialogue with Russert. -  MR. RUSSERT: This is the 2004 Republican Party platform. Could you win as a candidate on that platform, promising a human life amendment banning all abortions?
Fred Thompson: No.
MR. RUSSERT: You would not?
Fred Thompson: No.... I think the diversity we have among the states, the system of federalism we have where power is divided between the state and the federal government serves us very well. I think that's true of abortion.

Mike Huckabee quote, "all Roe v. Wade really did was to lake it away from the states and federalize it. ... it's best left to the states." Example of what this means: if you can't murder them in Utah, go to California where you can. Thou shall not murder them in Utah, but it is OK in California.

Mitt Romney quote, "I believe that each state should be able to make their own choice as to whether they are pro-life or pro-choice."  He is saying the same thing.

John McCain quote, "Just as I believe that the issue of gay marriage should be decided by the states, so do I believe that we would be better off by having Roe v. Wade return to the states."  He is saying the same thing.

Ron Paul quote, "Roe v. Wade is invalid, a federal law banning abortion across all 50 states would be equally
invalid."  Same thing.

Rudy Giuliani, "I tliink that the problem with Roe against Wade is that it took the decision away from the states. If Roe against Wade were overtumed because it was poorly decided, if the justices decide that, it would then go back to the states, and it would seem to me that would be the answer.. . . Ultimately, I think these decisions should be made on a state-by-state basis.'' Same thing.   R...

Thank you,

We covet your prayers. There is no peace in what these people are saying or in what they are planning on doing here in Denver.

More geography!   To get out in the streets Church, that's geography... and less theology (sitting around contemplating all the questions and there supposed answers), while the whole world and country goes to Hell.  More geography!  -  R...

Today's Update (1-15-2008).

Right behind Coors Field on the Park Avenue viaduct, there is a sign with Dr. Kings picture on it.

The caption reads, "We have the same Dream."  Picture this... this sign is only a few blocks from the abortion clinic (Planned Parenthood), where literally tens of thousands of unborn children have been murdered (and they will tomorrow, and the day after that).  Same dream?

I think not.

Oh... they might be dreaming it's not happening (along with many Churches and Christians across the nation), but the fact is - It Is.

For those of you who didn't hear what the relative of Dr. King said. Here it is. Quote: "How can the 'Dream' survive... if we murder the children!?  Every aborted baby is like a slave in the womb of his or her mother. The mother decides his or her fate."  Same dream?  No! Nightmare.

Quote from: Dr. Alveda C. King, niece of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

"...but the rest of the Church as well".  Agreed.  However, there are many churches and denominations who really aren't pro-life. They will pay a lot of lip service that they hold life to be "sacred" but their actions are anything but.  What do you say to a minister who is the "chaplain" for Planned Parenthood  who also presents bishops with books/videos on the "power of choice".  Yes, pray for that soul and for the clergy like him so they will see the light, repent and fight for the unborn.  Their talk of "diversity" falls very flat for me when they advocate killing.

Many denominations are like the above candidates.  They'll say in one breath how wonderful unborn life is and we have to protect it but then turn around and say something that totally negates what they just said.  "I love you....BUT....I hate you!"  Everything after the "but"....

Where I volunteer, we give church referrals.  I would never refer any of my clients to the pro-abort denomination/church I just left or any like it in town.  I have to know which church is really truly pro-life to give referrals. It sickens me to think I could be sending females to a pastor/congregation who would support or talk her into an abortion decision.  Pray for the churches and the denominations that support groups like Planned Parenthood and The Religious Coalition for Reproductive Choice.  http://www.rcrc.org

Hey Eph.5,

Our Church in Denver ( Denver Bible Church ) is very proactive about getting her members out on the front lines. My wife and I still don't like being flipped off, but we like it less when we know they are coming to the Planned Parenthood to murder their unborn children. That is not the way to deal with sin or mistakes. Murdering the innocent is never right.

Bless you and your participation, against this culture of death... and coverup.

Hey Robert,
We'll pray. We are supporters of Maryland Right to Life. And a nearby crisis pregnancy center. I read once that one of the best tools the crisis pregnancy centers have to turn would be mothers away from the decision to abort is ultrasound equipment. The young mothers would see the perfectly formed child in their womb and realize that it's more than a tissue mass. Have you heard this?

ps... Like Dr King, I too have a dream...

R--

I admire you all on the frontlines.  If I ever make it to Denver, (I have a sister in Lakewood), I'll join your group!  :)

Mike and Laura,

While I don't know exact statistics, I can personally attest that the sight of an unborn baby does make an impact on an AB-minded woman.  It definitely does so for the man as well.  Many crisis pregnancy centers offer a men's ministry to reach out to the guys.  The Christian male "advisors" reach out to boyfriends, husbands (and sometimes even the fathers) of the clients on issues of fatherhood, marriage and also abortion/post-abortion.  The men are HUNGRY for this as they have often been cut out of the loop in the past.

As a cpc lay counselor, it is SO phenomenal to be able to see (or to hear about later) the woman change her mind to carry her baby to term (you can imagine how much prayer is done .  I also wear the little feet (10 weeks gestation) pin.  I had a girl tell me once when she saw that, "I don't care what my mother says.....THAT'S a baby!!"  Many are shocked to see the toes are perfectly formed at 10 weeks.

I thank God for all the crisis pregnancy centers.  Planned Parenthood will do anything to shut them down.  I am thankful He allows me to be at the cpc.  All glory to Him!

Thank you for supporting your local cpc and Right to Life group.

Hey,

Thanks for the insight Eph.5wife and thanks for the star and comment Mike.  The latest Focus on the Family newsletter is about this. They are hoping praying and pleading with supporters to give into their program "Option Ultrasound."  They want to place the equipment in 75 medical pregnancy resource centers, across the country.

They shared this story (in case you don't get their newsletter - it's free, but you shoud make a donation once in awhile, imho), they have always been doing good things, down there at Focus.

Joy was a leader in her church's singles ministry. But she became pregnant out-of-wedlock. She was embarrassed and heartbroken that she had strayed from God. And she was adamant that "no one must ever know." Abortion was the eraser to eradicate her sin.

When she came to Hope Women's Center (a pregnancy resource center), Joy really wasn't interested in having an ultrasound. Her mind was already made up. But when the nurse told her that the ultrasound could rule out a life-threatening ectopic pregnancy or detect early miscarriage, she agreed to have the scan.

Joy's baby literally jumped on the screen almost immediately, arms waving and feet kicking. And when Joy saw her baby, she kept saying over and over, "I had no idea. I had no idea."

Yes, God used those images of her child to change her heart.

This is very similar to the testimony that we heard at the Capitol yesterday. Except this woman had been raped (check out: http://www.californiaprolife.org/abortion/lee&julie.html ). Though many people may want us to believe it would be cruel to ask the woman to keep the child in a situation like this. Many who actually did, report that the Joy of the child erases the dark ugliness of the crime. Murder is never right... let the new life live - God.  R...

Who Should We Hold Accountable?

Should believers judge the Weitz construction company?  For those of you who don't know what's going on, this article sums it up.

http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=59972

Is it wrong to try and get people to not support ungodly things?  This Planned Parenthood (Denver's abortion clinic), has one goal in mind - the 79 people who changed their minds last year from having abortions (because of the pro-life protesters), is 79 to many!

So we (Planned Parenthood), will build a larger facility (here in Denver), and build it in such a way that the pro-life crowd will not be able to influence our clients to change their minds.

This is their plans... and we beg of you to pray with us, that somehow someway God would prevent the building of it and even shut down the old one. "God can do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us... (Eph.3:20)."

Hey,

Is this blog messed up?  It's political and then it's pro-life and back again. How do those mix?  Ok ok...

But I was asked how do you prononuce Obama?  Just remember this: O-bomb-ya.

Which in it's on way seems to declare what he might bring upon the American people or Hitlery Clinton. Opps Hillery Clinton, that darn spell checker.

Not Hitlery... like Adolph. No no no.

If I was their promotion manager, I'd come up with this catchy slogan:

The "H-Bomb" ticket.   Kind of explosive isn't it?
