Praise Report!!!

OK,
I had posted an urgent prayer request for my Dad's Brain Surgery.
It ended up being a tumor in the very center of his brain and the Doctor almost swore that my dad had lost sight in one eye.
HE CAN SEE!
and He came home yesterday!
It was a bumpy road but God was with us all the way!
Go Jesus Go Jesus Go Go Go Jesus!

THEN..............

I proceeded to tell you all about my situation you know about my husband finding a new mate while we are still married.... And I didn't know how I was going to make it or anything.

Well...
God used my prayer request to connect me with the blessings I needed.
I have a Van a 2000 Pontiac Montana! DVD/TV player, 2 sliding doors, 8 seat-er, and more....
I have a Job!!!! because I got the van I have a job that coincides with the kind of vehicle I have. Totaly God story about all the logistics of everything and God was pouring out favor at every turn of this trial and blessings.
I start Jan 3rd! @ the Probation Dept.
and I have survived all this time God has totally met every other need I have asked for and did not know I needed!
all I did was pray I didn't have to do anything else, the blessings came to find me after that!
God has been so good to me this past couple of weeks, not that he wasn't before but he has drenched me in blessings lately.

I didn't have a whole lot of first hand experience with asking God about this kind of stuff. Partly because I had a poor person's mentality and was just settling for being alive and forgiven, but I totally got corrected and encouraged by my loving lieutenant Carolyn and am not going to go without simply because I didn't ask.

I have a new start and it started out with a bang thanks to our One and Only Saviour Jesus!
He is wonderful!
That's it I am going to be at Church and my ministries on time everytime (hopefully).
It's going to be so great!

Amy, that is awesome. What a great praise report to wake up to on this brisk Sunday before Christmas. Thank you, too for the reminder that we can ask God for anything. I learned this lesson a few years ago when I felt like God wouldn't want to answer my prayer because I was the one who messed everything up.

A good friend of mine reminded me that God doesn't help us because we deserve it; He helps us because He loves us.
