I know technically these isn't the exact time of year that our lord was born but I'm sure grateful that he chose to come. I'm sure glad that 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. I'm always reminded of the ten lepers that were healed. Only one returned to say thanks. I don't wanna be like the other 9. Were they thinking I'll catch ya next November on Turkey Day Jesus. That's taking a lot for granted. Like surviving the next 11 months.
How many miracles do we take for granted. or do I not even know about? How many miracles did it take for God to get thru my thick skull. To get me from the stage of "really I ain't such a bad guy" to the "Man I really really need a savior", to the Thank you Jesus for paying what I couldn't.
Thank you Jesus for coming into this world to pay our debt. Help me to keep going forward, and to remember that night at Gethsemane you were willing to do what you didn't want to do. And to remind me to open my mouth when I'd rather be cool.
Help me to risk being a DORK. |

Dave this is a great blog in honor of our Lord's Birth
The message I received from you that, Gene's Testimony ROCk, but I posted a blog on a man who gave a great testimony, and he might not be here next year to give God thanks so he does it the only way he knew by his experices, so know one else would get caught up in the worldly life style, 312 reads and only 6 comments why do people think that this cannot happen to them, or in fear of hurting soimones feelings, of just fear, well I hoped that this man's testimony would to more that rock I hope it would bring awareness to us all some wisdom, before it's to late and lead someone to Christ. MARRIED OR SINGLE - CHRISTIAN OR NON CHRISTIAN (D...

| Dave, this is great. So true, and a great time to remind ourselves that we need to pray for Him to help us, and guide us through this life. |

BTW, I found this explanation of dork.... Dork is a term used to describe someone who has odd interests, and is often silly at times. A dork is also someone who can be themselves and not care what anyone thinks.
It seems to me that this fits with Christ making foolish wise, and also trusting Him and not caring what the world thinks....
I think I'll try to become more dorky this year! God Bless you Brother ! |

Voice- As long as we have breath lets use it to praise God. MaKelly- I had to go to your profile to pull up that post about Married or Single. It was well worth it and a topic that needs much transparency. Mandie- Merry Christmas and Awsome heart felt poem to you. Doyle, & Jam137- Merry Christmas to you also. Deb- Jesus is an awsome and true guiding light. Dennis- Jesus wasn't to cool to face the shame of the cross. Love you Brother. Indiana ain't that bis of a state. |

| Keep thanking God for everything. Sometimes we forget to thank God. David thanked God seven times a day, and prayed three times a day. We pray [hopefully] seven times a day, and thank God [at best] 3 times a day. |
