Friends and Partners-
With the 2007 just a day from being in the history books, I just wanted to send you a quick snippet of all the Lord did this year through Citytaker Ministries and thank you for your prayers and financial support. In 2007, we saw about 100 people come to the Lord in the trenches of America. We were able to use our 200 seat bigtop tent that was given to us with 9 days of incredible Revival meetings with Transforming Life Ministries which saw people getting saved, delivered, filled, inspired, and instantaneously healed. That lead us to 3 months of equipping and training as God literally shook an entire apartment complex with 60 people getting saved, many of them coming to church for the first time, a Bible study established, baptisms both in water and the Holy Spirit, and saints that have been lit on fire to reach their city in South Florida.
A highlight this year was not only being able to open air preach to a group of lost people in this apartment complex but then being asked to speak at the Back to School bash with over 1000 people in attendance and hundreds of sinners hearing me preach the gospel with a Spanish interpreter! We then have had the opportunity to preach in a number of churches to stir the body to reach the lost and are now gearing up for 2008 in the City of Brandon, FL.
2007 saw the launch of our website as we launched into the 21st century with www.citytaker.com which has now allowed us to minister all over the world. We have partners now from Indonesia, Great Britain, Peru to California. We have also begun our blog at www.mychurch.org/jefflewis which has allowed us to train and equip hundreds of saints for the work of the ministry again all over the world!
2007 we received our largest financial gift ever of $5000 which has helped us to do all the above. We have bought and produced much gospel literature such as 10,000 of our 4 Bases tracts that we have distributed on the streets of America as well as new believer booklets, teachings on healing, and much more. We are wrapping up the year with a Great Gospel Blitz where we are encouraging saints all over the world to commit to sharing the gospel with at least one person tomorrow, Dec. 31st, New Year’s Eve. We are expecting to leave 2007 with massive evangelism and break into 2008 with a mighty move of the Lord to reach the lost at any cost. In 2008, we are believing the Lord to win 1000 or more souls and see as many as possible plugged in and growing in the local church. Our assignment is to raise up an army of individuals in New Testament evangelism to multiply and reach their city with fruit that will remain. (Please pray for favor! Our ministry’s training manual has been presented to a huge para church ministry that is planning to converge on major cities in 2008. We are hoping they will use our materials to equip the churches as we en masse mobilize the church to go into their cities to win the lost.)
