Here is what I ate yesterday:
Breakfast: 1 1/2 c. lowfat plain yogurt w/ 4 t vanilla, 1 1/2 servings of stevia & 1/2 c. granola Lunch: 2 slices toast w/ 2 oz cheese & 1 cup steamed cauliflower Dinner: 1 large meatball & about 3/4 c. rice with spinach & a small slice of Italian creme cake & 5 bites of chocolate cake Snacks: pumpkin walnut scone, 2 Joe Joe cookies (like oreos but made without hydrogenated oil from Trader Joe's) & popcorn w/ 1 T coconut oil
I ate too much. I should not have had both cookies and cake. I knew it too. I was overtired and just wanted to eat both. So I did. I remind myself now that even "normal' eaters have these kinds of days and that I do not have to go back to the "pig slop" that eating this way every day would be for me. Each day dawns bright and new with no mistakes in it.
