Be Strong and Courageous 
1:7 Only be thou strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant commanded thee: turn not from it [to] the right hand or [to] the left, that thou mayest prosper whithersoever thou goest.

Smart men make a plan for their lives. Courageous men follow that plan in tough times to find success. We don’t have to reinvent the wheel to have a plan for success in life. Men who followed God’s plans were thrown in prisons yet ended up ruling kingdoms. They were cast in dens of lions yet became princes in strange lands. God’s plan is not to keep you from hard times in life. His plan is to make you a leader in spite of the hard times.*Daily Devotions coincide with HonorBound Red Zone daily strategy.

****Note: This blog was only supposed to be for the Rhema Men's Ministry at Lighthouse; however since I got some responses, I will share it with you all as well from time to time! Thank you for sharing this. I led an ex-muslim to Christ few years back and have been "walking with him" since. He's a young one (young 20's) and has nearly gotten himself killed several times. The last was Christmas Eve when he was caught praising the Lord Jesus! They beat him like an animal. He calls me often from India now (Praise the Lord he is out of Saudi Arabia) but India has not been much better for him. I pray with him and send him email and bible scripture through email. Through this journey with him I've seen the mighty hand of the Lord and the Holy Ghost moves - ITS SO (WORDLESS) TO EXPERIENCE!!! The heartbreak for me is he gets into fear and he cries and needs much encouragement. This (your blog) is just what I am looking for to send to him. Thank you so much for sharing blogs like this!!

The devotional reminds me of my husband.  He has stood strong during a very rough year.
