That's true.
I would add that you don't always have to do a long prayer you can say a small one, but do it right away send an SOS to God if you do nothing else. Then let that person know. It is a little discourageing when posting a prayer request and having 300 views and no responses.
I had no Idea that people were answering the call for intercessory prayer for my issues and behind the scenes God was totally working so it's OK that no one responds but if you have time to read it you have time to respond even if it is a simple I will would be great..

I am happy to read this post.  If I am reading a blog and am super short on time or don't know what to say I make sure I at least leave a star to let the person know I read the blog and am standing with him/her.  I so appreciate the stars I get on my blog.  For me I know these people are listening even if they don't have any words to say...

Hey all,
I was telling a friend about why I posted this the other day and she (my friend was raised a Morman) said that leaving prayers on others prayer requests with our faces is considered boasting and you should do as the bible says and "pray in the closet". I don't understand? I thought that praying was ok and praying for somebody was awesome! Maybe in her religion they are extreme in all that they do but I just wanted to share this with you all as well because maybe you can give me a little insight. If you have anything to help me better understand this I would appreciate it! Thanks
Lisa

Mormonism is an extremely legalistic religion. We on the other hand are free! Free to seek prayers, free to pray, free to ask others to pray, free free free! Thanks for this post! :-)  ~mike
