I'm a bit Chili

For the Super Bowl in the past we've had people over to watch the commercials and do a Chili bowl and weird beer.

This year things are getting switched around a bit as we've switched to a "Souper" bowl and weird beverage with our care group.

My dilemna? I still want to make chili but I can't figure out a recipe I want to use. I look around and try to tell the differences between them and fail miserably.

Anybody have a chili recipe that they care to share?

My wife is the cook. If I tried to give you a recipe, I'd really be giving you heartburn - or worse.

My wife is the cook too. I figure if someone gives me a recipe I have the fact that I'm a crummy chef to blame the state of the chili on.

Of course if it's good, I can say the directions were easy to follow. :)
