| Overwhelmed and awed |

I'm really overwhelmed and awed at the outpouring of support and encouragement that I've received from my friends here on MyChurch. I appreciate your prayers and encouragement more than you will ever know. I know that we all go through these valleys of crisis and despair at times in our lives....my main goal is to keep my eyes on the prize and to glorify God through it all. I don't want to bring shame to the cause of Christ by displaying a lack of faith in God or by somehow portraying that I don't think God is helping me through this....I know that God has a purpose for my life. I know that He is trying to teach me things through all of this. I yearn to learn the lessons that God would teach me. I long to be closer to God through all of this...to strengthen and perfect my relationship with my Heavenly Father.
Holy Spirit, please renew me....refresh my spirit within me....allow me to show the strength of God and let me bring glory to His name.
Thanks again to all who have prayed. May God bless you for your efforts in interceding in prayer and lifting me by encouragement. That is what being a part of the body of Christ is all about. |
