Calling All Young Adults

TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE A CHANGE
CAMPAIGN 2008

God has given us the mandate to be rulers and to have dominion over all the earth which requires us to be mindful and careful of those who govern us. God is calling us to serve His Kingdom, and He is using us to minister both locally and nationally. Now we are called to help persons understand the social and political components of our government. At New Psalmist our mission is to educate and empower young adults in the political and social justice arenas that will cause change both locally and globally.

Goals and Objectives

Education of the political and electoral process
Learning the candidates
What are the issues of the candidates
How can we come together to make change

This is excellent Rev. Bailey. Many people do not understand how important that they go out to vote in this election of 2008.

For many people, something is broken. Many people are worse off than they were in the 90s and many people are unemployed. Jesus would not have them ignored because others were OK. This is not on opinion blog. It is an announcement about a series of activities being planned at our large inner city baltimore church, to get our young adult members involved in the political processes that effect their lives and the lives of others on the mission field. That's all.
