The music video at the top really opened my eyes.  I have listened to this song before many times before and never really thought about what it means.  Well this music video helped me.  This song to me gives me a really good flash back of my life.  It reminds me of the good and happy times then it reminds me of all the hardships, temptations, lies and just the out right bad stuff that the devil has thrown at me.  It makes me think about the future and what kind of person am I gonna be.  Am I going to be a good example or a bad one.  During the song it says don't drop your arms.  This saying to me is saying don't give up keep your hands up towards heaven and surrender to God and give life everything you got.  Don't drop your arms no matter what trials and tribulations are being thrown at you.  I pray that for me and all Gods people to keep up your arms and be a good example and forget all the rotten stuff in your past and look ahead and don't give up don't drop your arms.
