Today's Plan:
Breakfast: whole grain organic pumpkin muffin & 8 oz. lowfat milk Lunch: fasting this meal today. Dinner: not sure yet--maybe venison stir fry ***2 cups venison stir fry & a small (3 in.) baked potato Snacks: 1/4 c. peanuts, clementine, popcorn w/ 1 T coconut oil, cup of chocolate hazelnut tea w/ milk Exercise: None today. |
