We go around saying I don't know who I am! How many of us have ask that question? I said us because I have. We ask why I'm I here? What am I to do? come on lets see a raise of hands first those of us who ask who am I raise your right hands I don"t see you But our Father does! Now to all of that ask why I'm here raise your left hands did you do it? Everyone of us should have both hands up!Am I right? So while we have both hand up in the air lets give Our Father In Heaven the praise! Got you!
We do ask those questions,but more so the ones that don't believe in our Savior that just looking at us for a weak moment.
So who are we? Lets start in the beginning! In Genesis. 1:27 And God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. So we are created in the image of Our Heavenly Father. But it goes back before we were born.In Jeremiah He says. 1:4 Now the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying, 1:5Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee, and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee; I have appointed thee a prophet unto the nations. 1:6 Then said I, Ah, Lord Jehovah! behold, I know not how to speak; for I am a child. 1:7 But Jehovah said unto me, Say not, I am a child; for to whomsoever I shall send thee thou shalt go, and whatsoever I shall command thee thou shalt speak. 1:8 Be not afraid because of them; for I am with thee to deliver thee, saith Jehovah. 1:9 Then Jehovah put forth his hand, and touched my mouth; and Jehovah said unto me, Behold, I have put my words in thy mouth: 1:10 see, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to pluck up and to break down and to destroy and to overthrow, to build and to plant.
So our Heavenly Father knew us by name before we were formed in our mothers womb.
And Our Heavenly Father send His only Son to us in John. 3:16For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth on him should not perish, but have eternal life.
Also His Son Choose us in John. 15:1 I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman. 15:2Every branch in me that beareth not fruit, he taketh it away: and every `branch' that beareth fruit, he cleanseth it, that it may bear more fruit. 15:3 Already ye are clean because of the word which I have spoken unto you. 15:4 Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; so neither can ye, except ye abide in me. 15:5I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same beareth much fruit: for apart from me ye can do nothing. 15:6 If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and they gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned. 15:7 If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatsoever ye will, and it shall be done unto you. 15:8 Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; and `so' shall ye be my disciples. 15:9 Even as the Father hath loved me, I also have loved you: abide ye in my love. 15:10 If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love. 15:11 These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy may be in you, and `that' your joy may be made full. 15:12 This is my commandment, that ye love one another, even as I have loved you. 15:13 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. 15:14 Ye are my friends, if ye do the things which I command you. 15:15No longer do I call you servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I heard from my Father, I have made known unto you. 15:16 Ye did not choose me, but I chose you, and appointed you, that ye should go and bear fruit, and `that' your fruit should abide: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you. 15:17 These things I command you, that ye may love one another.
Yes do I hear a AMEN!! He choose us If we say yes Lord come into my heart and soul.Touch my mind with your loving Wisdom and Comune with my spirit that we become one in fellowship!
And when trouble comes what did Jesus say in Matthew. 5:1 And seeing the multitudes, he went up into the mountain: and when he had sat down, his disciples came unto him: 5:2 and he opened his mouth and taught them, saying, 5:3 Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. 5:4 Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted. 5:5 Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth. 5:6 Blessed are they that hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled. 5:7 Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy. 5:8 Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God. 5:9 Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called sons of God. 5:10 Blessed are they that have been persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. 5:11 Blessed are ye when `men' shall reproach you, and persecute you, and say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. 5:12 Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets that were before you.
We are Blessed to have a loving Creator that wants us to be His children and He not only our God But our Heavenly Father! How cool is that? THAT IS REALY COOL!!!!!! And in John God gives us the formula of Faith Believe + Receive = Become. 1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he the right to become children of God, `even' to them that believe on his name:
So won't you receive Him today,He knows who we are now do we? Today I choose Jesus and become a child of The Most High. Do you?
