| A Dinosaur Ate My Homework !! |
|
| |
When I went to school they took prayer,Bible and ,God out of our schools. If you were a believer you were called a Jesus freak. The teachers taught the theory of evolution as a matter of fact. The things of The Bible were nothing but myths good stories at the most. So we all evol came from one cell creatures. How many of you can trace your family back to apes? I can't nobody can we never found a missing Link and never will! When I took test about creation I use The Bible and I was told I was wrong. I was told that Dinosaur was not in The Bible. But neath-er are autos, jets and Space ships but they exist! After awhile I just told them a dinosaur ate my homework! Boy did I get into Trouble with a BIG T! Well the word dinosaur word was coined by Dr. Richard Owen in the year 1841. The Bible was written three thousand years ago. In The Bible Job 40: 15-24 is the word Behemoth. 40:15 \40:20\Surely the mountains bring him forth food, where all the beasts of the field play. 40:16\40:21\He lieth under the shady trees, in the covert of the reed, and fens. 40:17 \40:22\The shady trees cover him [with] their shadow; the willows of the brook compass him about. 40:18\40:23\Behold, he drinketh up a river, [and] hasteth not: he trusteth that he can draw up Jordan into his mouth. 40:19\40:24\He taketh it with his eyes: [his] nose pierceth through snares. 40:20\41:1\Canst thou draw out leviathan with an hook? or his tongue with a cord [which] thou lettest down? 40:21 \41:2\Canst thou put an hook into his nose? or bore his jaw through with a thorn? 40:22 \41:3\Will he make many supplications unto thee? will he speak soft [words] unto thee? 40:23 \41:4\Will he make a covenant with thee? wilt thou take him for a servant for ever? 40:24 \41:5\Wilt thou play with him as [with] a bird? or wilt thou bind him for thy maidens? Some people say it was an elephant or a hippopotamus,But neath-er has a tail like a cedar! Most likely it was a Brachiosaurus the largest (complete) dinosaur ever discovered. In Job 41, Psalm 104:25,26 104:25 [So is] this great and wide sea, wherein [are] things creeping innumerable, both small and great beasts. 104:26 There go the ships: [there is] that leviathan, [whom] thou hast made to play therein. and in Isaiah 27:1 27:1 In that day the LORD with his sore and great and strong sword shall punish leviathan the piercing serpent, even leviathan that crooked serpent; and he shall slay the dragon that [is] in the sea. We see Leviathan is most likely a Kronosaurus.
The word translated "reptile" The Hebrew word tanniyn, this shows that "Leviathan" Tanniyn also called (dragon). We see in stories of England about Knight frighting Dragons and we see stories of Dragon in China maybe these are all Dinosaurs. In the Bible Genesis 1:29 1:29 And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which [is] upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which [is] the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. We all were vegetarian and scientist say most Dinosaurs were plant eaters. What happen to them? Well allot died off with lack of food after The Flood IN The Bible. How could they all fit in the ark during the flood? Most dinosaurs were no bigger then a chicken and there are about 50 kinds of dinosaurs. They also were young adults. They say the earth are billions of years old maybe I don't know just God knows for sure. In Genesis 1:2 1:2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness [was] upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. The world was without form and void so God recreated the earth. How can we test and put a time to creation when Our Heavenly Father Created time, space, and us? Our Creator was and is The I Am always there so we don't have a reference point. So did a Dinosaur ate your homework? |

Read this very nice. Do yourself a favour and look at the series of Kent Hovind, I find it very interesting. He also got a website called Dr Dino and his theories make sense. Blessings |

| I never used that one Doyle. I would just stare at them with big eyes and not say anything. They thought I was afraid, which I sort of was. I liked to read my fiction more. |

| I started to do a word study on the various Hebrew words translated Leviathan. I never finished it. There's an interesting parallel to Caananite mythology.....most evil or evil gods in the religion of the Canaanites came from the sea...hence the biblical stories talking about God conquering various mosters of the sea. |

| I had the same discussion about dinosaurs with a good friend of mine. We did agree that a leviathon does describe a dinosaur like creature. Also i do not understand the way millions and billions of years are measured scientifically with our limited recorded history. Proof , real proof of His hand is all around us.Science has shown that the earth is tipped on its axis 23.5 degrees. Now if it was tipped just one half of a degree forward, we would burn to a crisp.Just one half of a degree backwards we would freeze. The placement of the earth in space also is a matter of real proof. Placed perfectly so as not to burn us or freeze us. Miles in space are very small. 500,000 closer, no life would be on earth.500,000 away from the sun and there would be no life on earth. |

| I always learn something when I read your blogs. although some of my relatives may act like monkeys I really can't trace them to apes. One genetic mother of all, Eve, one genetic father of all, Adam. It's pretty simple. |
|
|
| The 23.5 thing is a myth. The axis varies from 22-24 degrees. So no, .5 degrees isn't going to cause us to fry or freeze or we'd have done so by now. That's one of those famous no fact Christian science myths that's been told through the years. |

Hey! You've really done it this time! GREAT BLOG!
This is great, Doyle! I like that you told them a dinosaur ate your homework. :)
I think we agree, word/topic study of Hebrew can lead to so many interesting things. Interesting to think about and that was a great word to study! Keep up the great blogs! |

Oh, Doyle!!!
My one year old Grandson got this wonderful Birthday gift. It is a Cloth Cave with a big zipper on it and holes with stuffed animal heads sticking out. They are so friendly!
You unzip it, and pull the animals.... they are all dinosaurs, every kind! He was surrounded by them. You should have seen his face! He was struck silent! |

AWESOME AS USUAL DOYLE!! I was just thinking about this the other day because I teach kids and I was thinking to myself what would I say to them if they asked me about dinosaurs and I really didn't know. Also, at the very end when you write about a point of reference, it is so true! We each have our own reference point and how can we completely understand everything? A great anxiety for many people can come from the inability to know the beginning and the end of things when you don't have a realtionship with the Creator. I love science, and technology, but when people use it as means to explain the meaning of life, it becomes sticky and hard to watch. That's what I used to do, so I know, thanks to Jesus, not anymore. Thanks for your writings, they're always a treat! |

| Thank you! for your nice Comments God Bless,Doyle. |
