| YAHWEH SHALOM, For Peace |

Shalom is common Hebrew term for hello or goodbye. In the deepest meaning, we are expressing hope that someone may be well in every sense of the word. This can include health, satisfaction , prosperity, completeness, as well as peace with God, ourself and others. 4:6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. 4:7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. 4:8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things [are] honest, whatsoever things [are] just, whatsoever things [are] pure, whatsoever things [are] lovely, whatsoever things [are] of good report; if [there be] any virtue, and if [there be] any praise, think on these things. 4:9 Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.
Shalom comes to us from living in harmony with God. Yahweh Shalom is a title. When you pray to Yahweh Shalom, you pray to the source of all peace. Peace that is beyond all understanding.
122:6 Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee. 122:7 Peace be within thy walls, [and] prosperity within thy palaces. 122:8 For my brethren and companions' sakes, I will now say, Peace [be] within thee.
As you read the headlines about the events in the world, pray to Yahweh Shalom for the peace of Jerusalem and for peace among people, no matter if they are Jewish, Muslim, or Christian.
29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. 29:12 Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you. 29:13 And ye shall seek me, and find [me], when ye shall search for me with all your heart. 29:14 And I will be found of you, saith the LORD: and I will turn away your captivity, and I will gather you from all the nations, and from all the places whither I have driven you, saith the LORD; and I will bring you again into the place whence I caused you to be carried away captive.

I've prayed Yahweh Shalom today, in fact! HE is the GOD of everything, including PEACE! Circumstances may swirl about, but we do serve an AWESOME God and HE is in charge! HE does hear our prayers. Thank you Yahweh Shalom!
