It hit me yesterday and today (HARD) how happy I am how content I am how much Joy I really have. Even though to the world I may look like I don't have a lot, I do!
I have a job that I am doing exactly what I want to be doing right now and learning from for my ministry. I defiantly see why God has me there. I get to help people all day long. Jokes on them I would have done the job for free!
My daughter is so excited about everyday and cool as a cucumber. She doesn't look like a badly distraught product of divorce as I thought she might be. She Loves God and church and reading her Bible and praying more and more everyday.
I have a roof over my head and food in my fridge gas in my tank. I have friends that I would die for and peace about anything and everything. I am not worried about anything. And lastly, but certainly not least, I have the knowledge and wisdom of the Lord when and if I need Him. With eternity my promise there is nothing else out there that can shake me from the home I have asked Jesus to make in me. That satisfies me more than I can ever fully know.
If Jesus came back for us today that would just be the most wonderful thing ever!
I just wanted to express that and confess how great my God is! This is how I feel right now: watch to the end for full effect.
Thanks for Sharing in my JOY!
Deuteronomy 16:14-16 (Amplified Bible)
14You shall rejoice in your Feast, you, your son and daughter, your manservant and maidservant, the Levite, the transient and the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow who are within your towns.
15For seven days you shall keep a solemn Feast to the Lord your God in the place which the Lord chooses; because the Lord your God will bless you in all your produce and in all the works of your hands, so that you will be altogether joyful.
16Three times a year shall all your males appear before the Lord your God in the place which He chooses: at the Feast of Unleavened Bread, at the Feast of Weeks, and at the Feast of Tabernacles or Booths. They shall not appear before the Lord empty-handed:
Revelation 19:6-8 (Amplified Bible)
6After that I heard what sounded like the shout of a vast throng, like the boom of many pounding waves, and like the roar of terrific and mighty peals of thunder, exclaiming, Hallelujah (praise the Lord)! For now the Lord our God the Omnipotent (the All-Ruler) reigns!
7Let us rejoice and shout for joy [exulting and triumphant]! Let us celebrate and ascribe to Him glory and honor, for the marriage of the Lamb [at last] has come, and His bride has prepared herself.(A)
8She has been permitted to dress in fine (radiant) linen, dazzling and white--for the fine linen is (signifies, represents) the righteousness (the upright, just, and godly living, deeds, and conduct, and right standing with God) of the saints (God's holy people).
hey sis thanks for sharing. it's good that we can share our problems, questions, and prayer requests, but it would be great to see the praise reports and worship proclaimed more on this thang. thanks again.
