Urgent Prayer needed for victims of Northern Illinois University shooting

Just saw on CNN that there was a shooting at Northern Illinois University.  There appears from initial reports to be multiple victims and the shooter is dead.

Let's pray for the families of those effected.

Father

In the name of JESUS who loves us all, please comfort the families of the victims and the family of the shooter.  Touch their hearts and let then love one another in their grief.  Father help the ones who are suffering and see no other way out except to hurt others. Heal the mind and hearts of everyone who suffer from depression, and any other mental problems.  We ask this and give you all the honor and glory for what you can do, will do and have done in our lives.  AMEN

As of right now there are 6 students that have died.  Originally 5 and then one passed overnight.  The shooter took his own life.

I was thinking yesterday.  Let's pray that God will work in this situation to bring families that may not know Him to himself.  Maybe a Christian nurse or doctor or even another Christian in the hospital can share the good news of Christs love with a hurting family member who has been effected by this tragedy.  We know Gods power and that He can work like this....let's bond together in prayer claiming the promises of His word.
