Love it is an easy thing well OK most of the time its easy when it comes to your children, your spouse, or your family. but what about the one person who really irks you  the one who when they are around you know exactly what buttons to push to try to get you in an uproar. The one who's already wrong before they say anything. Do you have to love them too? The bible says yes over and over and over again you must love. Jesus himself said it when asked what is the most important commandment. He answered with this statement:

so Here is Jesus saying the greatest commandment is to love all inclusively God and then after you love God all inclusively to Love your neighbors as your self. Jesus is saying love is the basis of all the laws and the prophets. 

It is amazing how we as a people of God forget this. Have you ever loved someone and tried to fight with them, I mean a true fight. Of course not. See I'm not talking about disciplining your children or a disagreement with a spouse or friend I mean a knock down drag out come to blows fight with someone you love. Of course not, If you had how did you feel? I would guess you would feel regret remorse and generally terrible until you patched things up. See that's the Holy Ghost ministering to you showing you this is WRONG. Without love you have nothing. You cannot truly love someone and stay angry at them, that is not natural. Well what about those who call you their enemy?

There is a man in Huntington who for years has said we were enemies. I really didn't have anything against this man and i felt he had nothing truly against me but i knew he definitely detested me. one day shortly after Christmas I got a visit. I was on my way home after a late night working at the Church. I put my laptop and camera in the passenger side of my van and turned and he was standing right behind me. Since i didn't hear him walk up on me i was a little nervous and expecting to have to fight. I held back what i was going to say when I say him looking down at the ground and with a soft voice saying Chris, can I talk to you for a minute. I said sure. He said I truly am the last to deserve to ask you for something considering our history but I do not know what else to do. I lost my job and we are about out of food can you please help me I don't care if i eat but i cannot let my kids go without food, if you say no I'll understand. I did help them. Since then whatever the wrath was that started this whole thing has disappeared and we now talk once and awhile. I have to say it was a burden off of both our shoulders.I believe God uses our circumstances like this for HIS own means. This man now has a good paying job and is back on his feet.

Why did i tell this story, Had I not been a Christian would I of done the same? I don't know! I do know though that God loves me even though I sin, even though I fall short, even though i am not perfect, and even though my works are like stained rubbish to Him God still loves me. I have to say we need to be the same irregardless to anything God loves you if you love God then you will love your neighbor, your brothers and sisters in Christ without exception. We cannot afford to let petty arguments and disagreements get in the way of loving our Brothers and sisters in Christ, no matter what they have done or have allegedly had done. I do not believe it is too much of a stretch to say that your eternal salvation depends on your ability to love all inclusively. First Corinthians chapter 13 I believe spells it out
pretty clearly:

May God keep you and Bless you and give you the ability to love those who you feel you cannot love as a brother or sister in Christ. For love will make you enemies your friends and give you peace beyond all understanding.
