Hey saints, I don't have much time to write, but give us some more to think about..here's a copy/paste from "Got Fellership" forum:
Why isn't there another book that explains and defines all this?...so we can ALL get it right!!?
I mean He has left a lot of room to wonder and wander around with. How much info did He give Abe when He first appeared to him? What was such a big deal with the tower of Babel, that God personally came down? He really isn't that concerned that we know. So here's what we are left with Bob: getting to know God, know His heart, know His nature, experience His love. Maturity comes when we start thinking and acting like our Dad, especially in how we deal with others. If ya wanna know all the "stuff" we just might miss out on knowing Him. So He tries to help us set our priorities on Him and not all the "stuff"
whatchall think?  Have a great day and week!

Hi Charlie

I agree with all the points you have made, but you ask a lot of different questions which could be addressed separately. However, you post does exhibit the sheer unknowability of God and His immensity. Another question that could be asked is, are the scriptures even complete? Or is God bigger than the Bible? Many mysteries to consider. As for myself, I only have my portion that has come from the light I have received. The beauty of the body of Christ, is that we all have a portion and we need each other's to have more of a fullness. This makes us dependent on fellowship both vertical and horizontal. God doesn't just give us knowledge or desire educated guesses but just as with Peter, these things must be revealed by our Father in heaven and witnesses with a resounding Amen.

One of the things we need to learn, is to say "I don't know".
