| When life is so daily! |
|
| |
It is strange what I’m feeling since a long time ago. I’ll do my best to explain it, But, I can’t assure that I will be able! I found the expression “I’m Tired” as the closer phrase to say what I feel.
I recognize that sometimes women can be a little bit complicated, that the emotions can set us a trap, especially in those days of the month; but what I’m feeling today is not a women’s thing, there is something that is bothering me…
I want more! It is a dissatisfaction in the middle of the thanksgiving, It is a deep desire to make sure that what I do today will affect the tomorrow. Because, I ask to myself, what’s the meaning of life if we live just for today?,Don’t you realize, just in hours today will be yesterday and unless we do something significant , that impact the tomorrow, my today will be same Past or my Future... I choose! I stopped myself to look at the pass of the hours, the wild and daily fights to do something in life, the incomplete searches of a destiny that, without God, is only the skeleton of a tomorrow. Sometime the problem of life is that it's so daily!
There is nothing more bored than a day; something needs to affect positively my tomorrow. Wake up, work, eat, sleep, and house chores…always the same. And what is going to happen tomorrow? The same repeatedly story of yesterday?
Do you know what means to wake up each day of your life to do what you did yesterday? It’s living in the past. At least, that’s what I think! My question today is; what I’m going to do today that affect my tomorrow? Because, sometimes I feel agonizing
God knows the intensity of my love for Him; just last night while we rested, just before bed, laying our heads in our pillows and with the varnish of the moon, that intrepid listened to our conversation, I said to my husband “I’m blessed”. For more than two hours we remembered each experience and we brought to our remembrance how God has glorified Himself in each phase.
But it is this interior ardor for doing something significant, something that brings a true profit, which goes beyond than gold and silver. It is the knowledge of the potential that I have, not in my flesh, there is nothing good in my flesh; but in Jesus! It is an internal denial to remain hidden.
I believe that in the bottom of my heart is the absolute understanding that I’m not where I suppose to be and; this discontent is the spontaneous rejection to remain stagnant in the same place to the end of my days.
What I’m going to do next? |

This brings to mind something my pastor said "what legacy will you leave behind?" I pray that my legacy will be that I told others about My Jesus and that I stood firm on The Word of God and that I showed love to all not just the ones I am comfortable with. Wonderful blog. |

| Thanks Everyone! I can’t stop thinking in my situation. And the Holy Spirit just reminded me the verse place in Matthew 5: “You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house” That’s the problem. Many of us are shinning, many of us are in fire. You want to see something burning, just visit me! But we are under a bowl! There is the problem, many of us are acting and behaving against our nature; We are salt, we most shine on a hill not under the bed. |

My dear Jeny! It's amazing how alike we are in many things, which must be the reason God brought our life's journeys to meet into this wonderful friendship! There's some certain writings above where I need to correct you because I totally disagree, not because I'm being a smarty pants, but because I know you at a personal level. Jenily...YOU ARE NOT JUST LIVING "DAILY" AND NOT DOING SOMETHING FOR THE TOMORROW". You've been a magical person, a minister, a great role model of the power of God's word..."In the life of many you cross path's with", this includes myself. I've been a witness on a personal level and through so many of these blogs of how so many people look up to your "great wisdom of God's word". Yes, maybe your flesh is "weak in helping others"...but the Holy Spirit "speaks out through you..with all that knowledge of His word you have" when "other's flesh are in their weakest". Okay, yes your flesh is not always up to lending others your hand, but God's Spirit living in you "is always ready to speak His word to others" when they mostly need it and that my dear "is living today and making an impact on tomorrow". Just remember these words from the almighty father "My flesh and my heart faileth, but God is the strength of my heart" Psalms - So who is in your heart Jeny? Christ who you serve so faithfully, so He will never let you go a day without "YOU" serving "OTHERS", even if it's through a Blog or a simple conversation between friends. Can we do more for Christ? Yes, but "When God is ready for you to do more, when He feels you're ready". In the mean time, God Blesses you for spreading His word in more than one way. So thank you from God, from me and I'm sure many others on these blogs! Love you friend!

Awe! Thanks Elizabeth for all your wonderful words of love and appreciation!!!! It's nice to see what you see in me!..."great wisdom of God's word" Amen to that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Really thanks
But you know me well. You know how deep is my love for God that goes beyond the transformation of my flesh. That goes far of any tradition or religiosity...is pure, it’s an intense relationship. You know because week, after week I say it to you ...However, I can’t stop asking …what's next? I can’t wait to be totally transformed in my flesh to start doing something else! I said “something ELSE” because I know that right now I’m doing great things in my personal relationship with the Lord, in my family, finances, with Vanessa…but I feel something is missing…what’s next? |

It's amazing how God works in our lives, I'll take this blog as a second sign about His message, we (every Christ follower) definitely need a Revolution "today" in order to change the "future", we need to do something HUGE to create such impact on our future..building on our present to impact the future. For me, children's are the key...few days ago I heard from you something like this : we don't raise childrens...what we need to do is training them. God bless you and your loved ones. God is sowing some seeds in each one of us...we most to cultivate and give them life to those seeds and bring to pass the promise He put in each one of us.
See you.

| Jenily I think the You are in many projects right now, just this morning we discussed how long it took for us to get a goal, a real one, different than money and possessions and I believe that some times we need to strategically wait, plan and act towards a goal... So don't feel bad if today seems "stopped" I'm totally sure that your daily seeking for the Word of God is bringing already fruits and it will take you to places that you've ever dreamed of.... Patient... |

Hey Jeny! Thank you for the comments, for some reason I can't view your profile.....I'm still getting the hang of Mychurch.
You are a great woman of God! I can definitely see you light shining for Jesus! I don't know you as well as I would want, but I've seen that your attitude reflects no one other than Christ himself. Just continue to have faith, God will deliver you of how you are feeling. Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see. Hebrews 11:1 |

| Hi Jenily, I read the blog and keep thinking " be still and know........" Now I don't believe that this means to do nothing, quite to the contrary. I feel we are to walk forward in our faith knowing God is in control and that He is quite capable of doing all without our help. I've read in my daily devotional the past few days that when we try so hard to do great things for God we often end up getting in His way. Your blogs are a ministry you can be well pleased with as they bring Glory to God. I pray God will take you in His hand and comfort you until this season passes. God Bless, and keep those nuggets coming. You are Loved. |

| Our purpose here is to do God's work, bringing as many souls as we can to the knowledge of Him. To grow in our knowledge of Him, and to continue to grow every day in our faith, our service to Him...there are so many things that we can do, so many choices. It is sometimes hard for me to know which one I should do, which one God wants me to do. Every day I read more of the bible, and and I learn something new each time. The key is to never stop growing, never stop learning, never stop trying to do new things. |

I would say, "Stay tuned (into God), Jenily, because he has given you a dream and a passion to do more and he is the maker of dreams and the fulfiller of dreams." Your now is good but your future will be better ... and better ... and better! I totally believe God is stirring his people at this time to believe for more. Lord Jesus, I ask you to continue stirring Jenily toward her destiny in you. Give her faith to believe for all you have for her. Thank you for the blessing she is now to your kingdom and for the greater blessing she will be. Amen |

Thank you so much for such a prayers and words. I really appreciate your word of encourage. However, I know God is in control of my life and even when sometimes I think I need to empower my vision, I recognize that I have to be patient.
But further more than the urgency to “DOING something good” I feel the church need to start developing a steadfast spirit that would be able to stand in the most severe of times. It's not only a matter of doing something good, but prepare ourselves for the evil. Today has the power of changing tomorow, but if we keep doing what we are doing as church, we'll keep sowing the same fruits. That's my personal and spiritual challenge... GROW!...Not tomorrow TODAY!
Ephesians 3:16-19 is an apostolic prayer (a prayer that the apostles prayed) that I often pray regarding this issue. Ephesians 3:16-19 “That He would grant to you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His spirit in the inner man, that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith that you being rooted and grounded in love may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height – to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God”. The LORD IS CALLING OUT to a generation to be rooted and grounded in love. God wants us to develop a root system that goes deep (Jeremiah 17:8). He wants the entire Body of Christ to grow up (Ephesians 4:15) in maturity so that we, in the coming days, will be able to stand and not fall away. It is vital that we fall in love with our Bridegroom Judge and continually contend for intimacy in the secret place. Love will be our safeguard from complacency, lethargy, and apathy, as the days grow darker.
God desires to raise up oaks of righteousness (Isaiah 61:3) to be a beacon of light in wicked times. Lovers of God who will be confident in the affections of the Bridegroom God and awakened with urgency for the hour in which we live will begin to emerge from hidden places. This group of lovers and warriors will have the endurance to stand in the end and also will be a shade tree for many during the coming storm (Daniel 11:33). Intimacy is the foundation of a heart that will be protected from offense in this day. . |
